I've taken mine along since they were tiny. Now my youngest takes me and my eldest's husband is taken up that task next season.
Taken the children was a great investment.

G.K asks
Was Morris AWOL again at wing, no-one has mentioned him at all?
My impression is formed by the Radio. I think he received very few passes, many of them of the hospital variety.
Maybe he is finding it hard to play alongside Tait, too. Some partnerships take longer to form.

Might be worth appealing on the grounds you were trapped in a position that impeded other traffic.

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread 2013/2014 Season
Talking of J Ford, ie Joe, he was considered the better of the brothers but went backwards under alleged poor coaching, I think the fear of the same thing happening to George prompted the fathers intervention and his departure. Not making excuses, or justifying the decision, but maybe helping a bett...

Ellis9 asks if I would accept it if a flight were changed.
No, I would expect an apology and compensation.
wouldn't you?

A big me too on that watching televised Rugby. the atmosphere is missing, I'm only really interested in live sport. I feel stupid sitting watching the TV and shouting.
And Ellis, Tickets for flights bear the message you suggest, hotels and festivals do not.

Re: When did the Bath game get moved from Saturday to Sunday
For me this is not an issue of modernity or style of communication, it's simply a matter of fair dealing. I've bought a number of tickets this last month for events next summer. These are for holidays and music festivals. I am entirely confident that they will take place on the advertized (sp. see O...

Re: No discussion of today's game
It was an odd win. Very much expected but quite unsatisfactory. for the first twenty our backs blazed bright, but briefly. For the last twenty our forwards were resolute as stone men. In between there was a lot of running around. Bowden and Williams looked good together. Tait was nearly wonderful. G...

Re: Tigers v Treviso
My view is this. While Toby and Ben are not playing their best Rugby they are experienced playing for Tigers and with our forwards. While we are starting with several very new combinations in the backs it was probably judged safer to stick with reliable hands in the three quarters. I believe the sta...

Re: The 'Beautiful Game' strikes again
There are three uses of the apostrophe in British English. I won't speak for other dialects except Lallans Scots. These are all related to the idea of elision, although the one relating it to a early possessive form, or case, is probably spurious. a) used to indicate a glottal stop in phonic represe...

I don't know what shape it will be in, but I will confidently answer your "Where?" question.

Soggypitch, I concur entirely.
Floody could achieve much more with us, if he so chooses.
Sadly the depth we now have at 10 looks like long term planning to replace him. I suspect a done deal.

Re: Tigers v Ulster friendly
Thinking about the team and the expectation of seeing how the new guys interact with the established chaps is part of the mental preparation for watching a game, and one of the great pre-match pleasures. I want to see that Benjamin chap. Waiting is a great aperitif. So it's great to get the team in ...
