Andy Symons has signed for Tasman for the ITM cup later this year. Some interesting Leicester Tigers references.

Re: Squad Changes 2013-2014 Season & Transfer Rumours Thread
I can't offer substantive proof but one of the players has told me that Andy Forsyth is off to Sale...home town club etc.
I believe Scott Hamilton is off to Japan but still just a rumour and I believe Ryan Bower is also leaving though I confess I don't know to where.

Saracens too. Like 'em or loathe them, they are a tight knit group.chipnchase wrote:Look at Quins, Connor O'Shea has created a fresh side that you can tell has been built from the ground up. To a very early certain degree Nigel Davies has already begun by doing some great work with Glaws.

Re: LV cup v London Irish
Symons is a senior squad player, an inside centre behind AA and Dan Bowden in the pecking order. I think that is the 5th game he has played in the LV Cup but is still waiting for his AP debut. He looked good when I saw him against Saracens two weeks ago, albeit in a losing effort. Good to hear the l...

Re: Adam Thomson Head Stamp
I certainly don't think the act justifies any sort of ban at all. Thomson tapped Strokosch on the back of head as if to say..."you really shouldn't be there mate" Strokosch was in the wrong place and Thomson let him know as gently as anyone could expect. Having said all that...that piece o...

Re: Sarries LV Cup!
I don't really recognise anybody in the Saffas line up is there anybody who is a ringer that we should be worried about ? No ringers that I am aware of but as mentioned above, Sarries with a more experienced front five and a top class open side may give them a bit of an edge up front. Backlines loo...

Re: Clark Apology
How can he be 'ashamed and sorry' for something that was apparantly unintentional? Is it really possible to be ashamed for an action that was supposedly accidental? I don't thinks so and to me this is as good as an admission that he deliberately intended to cause damage to Rob Hawkins and in light ...

Re: Sarries LV Cup!
I would be surprised to see any first team players start at the sorries, not just to protect players, but in the spirit of the tournament the first few games are usually development teams. If memory serves me right the team against South Africa was very youthfull,I would doubt we would field a full f...

All Black Maori game
As PM76 says in the Sarries LV thread. I think we will se a strong team out for the All Black Maori (!). As mentioned in that thread, losing at WR unacceptable at any time so against what will be a very strong Maori side full of Super XV players, we will have to put something close to our best side ...
