yep...JT and Welford were top drawer, even iif they looked like Top Cat extras.....this one was horrible....didn't do anything and on his back was Leicester Tiger....how original !! And he looks scary, my son wasn't keen !!! Nor was I actually !

You're right....it looks too much like a real tigers !!! My son wasn't sure of him/her !! Bring back the Top Cat lookalikes !! Perhaps JT and Welford are in Brisbane with Ollie Smith ??

I note that there was no sign of JT and Welford today ? Only a strange looking mascot with a dodgy Tiger head on, bopping around to the music on the halfway line !!! Have JT and Welford got the chop ??

Everyone has covered how good we were, but to add something else, it proved today to me that we have a decent squad of players who could very possibly hold their own when the internationals start. My particular highlight was seeing Martin Corry rampaging up field on more than half a dozen occasions....

shame really, because he could have kept his mouth shut and a bit of dignity, but these things just come out don't they in the heat of the moment !! Should still get a good reception when he comes to WR.

Don't worry, when I started supporting them in the early 1970s....Lancashire were the one-day kings...they were pretty formidable.....I would have swapped a loss today for the championship title.....fingers crossed !

Watched the coxless fours this lunchtime and what an awesome display of rowing by the British four....fantastic...their coach reckons that they are better than Redgrave, Pinsett, Cracknell etc....which makes them pretty good in my book....I just love the fact that at 1000 metres, they had 2 other cr...

As a HUGE Lancashire fan....I am gutted....the top order batting wasn't good enough and we should have won chasing 170 odd....I just hope the boys can pull themselves together and win the Championship for the first time in ages and ages. :(

i think that Daryl Hair will be 'parting' company with the cricket authorities and they will be 'combing' the world for a new umpire....which would 'gel' the Pakistanis together for the one-day internationals....
