Re: Ulster vs Tigers
Concur with last two posts - we need to start well and quiet their crowd and get out supporters going. As for winning in Montpellier - just ask Clermont how easy that is after their 40 point defeat there a few weeks ago. Lets take it to them from the start today and show a bit of adventure! Clermon...

Re: Heineken Cup no nearer a resolution
Ulster choose to play their matches on Friday (ie cheating) which is why I do not want them to be part of any future European tournament. The correct question to ask is why are the travelling clubs agreeing to play on Friday night when they should be considering the supporters and refusing to do so...

Re: Interesting Times
the Top 3 are what was generally predicted by everyone - Sarries, Stains and Tigers. Only Worcester are below them and their form to date looks terminal We are pretty much a 1/4 of the way through the season now. Worcester are big favourites for the drop in my opinion Us, Saints and Sarries are saf...

Re: Heineken Cup no nearer a resolution
I just cannot believe there will be no euro competition next season. If nothing else, BT are not going to be happy having got the rights for it how will this new BT deal (for Europe) work for the Welsh, Scottish and Ulster teams?! it covers all the UK if i'm not mistaken, only the English have sign...

Wheeler probably at the core of it, his revenge for the ERC election swindle. ...

Re: Next Season's Heineken Cup all threads merged here
Absolutely disgraceful scheduling. The club should refuse to play at those kick of times especially Friday night games and definitely should refuse to host matches on a Friday. As for Ulster. I have said time and again. I do not care if it is their 'tradition' to play on a Friday. It is a tradition...

Re: Premiership fixtures 2013/14
To clarify for those who are too blinkered to understand why for a lot of people a 3PM kick off on a Saturday is necessary. The club have not acted in the interests of the season ticket holders who are a big part of this club and therefore I have to criticise the club for that please read the "...

Re: Next Season's Fixtures
How many of our games will then have their dates and kick off times moved by BT and at how short a notice? 1. Don't know. 2. TV companies have to give a minimum period of notice if they want a fixture moved. I believe it is at least three weeks. Now I get told off for winding people up, your commen...

Re: Next Season's Fixtures
It will be interesting for a number of reasons: Will we end up with the top teams during the international period again? What will our run in look like? How many of our games will then have their dates and kick off times moved by BT and at how short a notice? all Tigers games won't kick off at 3pm ...

Re: Will we be waving goodbye to the HC this season yet again?
Toulouse are a tremendous team and have alwyas been one of the top teams in France for many a year. 4 time winners of the Heineken Cup. English and French Clubs were on a par about 5-6 years ago but now the French are buying in all the top players and this is difficult to compete with. Equally, the...
