Re: Classic Tigers moments on Youtube

A bit of a bump. Today I found this youtube channel which has uploaded quite a few of Tigers cup games from the early 90s.

Enjoy :smt023

Re: Three weeks and counting....

Similar with Bath v Tigers "The Clash" at Twickenham? Tigers have it as tbc, Twickers calendar has it as 8th April with time tbc. I stayed at the Twickenham Marriott before Christmas and they had flyers in the rooms for it and pretty sure it had 3pm on it. Starts at 2pm according to the R...

Re: The Clash - Twickers in April - Baths v Tigers - merged

Just a quick heads up that Ticketmaster are selling £10 tickets for a small section of the middle tier as part of a Black Friday sale. Still quite a few available if anybody fancied some cheap tickets. http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/the-clash-bath-rugby-v-leicester-london-08-04-2017/event/3500510BCAC...

Re: All Time Premiership XV

Yes, good point. Maybe an all-time English League XV (1987 - Present) would more appropriate. Sadly i'm of a generation who has only known the professional game, but it would nice to learn of these past players.

Re: All Time Premiership XV

I did think of putting Ollie in, it was just that the wings and centres had so much depth. I originally had Tom Voyce over Varndell, with Hipkiss in the centre for his moment in the 2010 Final. Stimpson would probably be better at full back over Van Gisbergen. Fly-half was another tough one. I went ...

All Time English League XV

Something for a bit of fun over the bank holiday. Since domestic rugby is now taking centre stage for the season climax, I’ve started to reminisce over the great Premiership players since the competitions inception. In particular, those who failed to make a name for themselves at international level...

Re: Heineken Cup no nearer a resolution

I doubt that will satisfy the clubs in England and France. I think their absence from the meeting indicates they have done talking with the ERC and presumably see no role for the ERC. I believe I read (maybe the RT) that the Eng/Fr clubs said that the talking was over and there was nothing else to ...

Re: England V Argentina

I'm still trying to get my head around that bizarre piece of refereeing after the hooter, blowing his whistle to check if the try was legit before Vunipola had actually scored it.

Re: Superbru Prediction Game : Lions / Summer Tests / Junior

A solid start for both the Lions and those involved our prediction league, with everybody predicting a victory against the Baa Baa's. Remember to get your predictions in for Wednesdays game in Perth against the Western Force. For those who have not yet joined, this is a good opportunity while the sc...

Re: Toulon may move the game

Here's a story with Northampton moving their game to MK a few seasons back. Again not an official list of criteria but its from the ERC website so I would at least class it as case law;

Re: Ospreys v Tigers

Yes, if Toulouse get two bonus points from the game and we get no bonus points despite winning, Toulouse will remain top.
