Re: Tigers vs Bristol

again what is your evidence for this, literally everything the club have said Since Borthwick started work says he and he alone is in charge of on field matters, especially selection and tactics? I posed a question followed by facts. but he isn't by everything the club themselves have said he isn't...

Re: Tigers vs Bristol

Does anyone believe Murphy is not the final arbiter on team selection when he spent last season and the majority of this season carrying out that responsibility. Whilst he is no longer Head Coach he is the Director of Rugby and is ultimately responsible for what is served up on the pitch. again wha...

Re: Tigers vs Bristol

I wouldn't play Henry, I'd save him for the weekend side, until George Ford's ego stops booting the ball away all the time and instead runs what ever attacking plan the new guy is trying to implement is we will never truly know if we are making progress in attack, Harwick (or whomever is the next 1...

Re: Toulon v Tigers - Challenge Cup Semi

Its incomprehensible why some of our so called professional and international players put on a Tigers jersey and instantly become devoid of basic rugby skills and perform poorly. For me this is something I cannot fathom as the strength of our match day squad on paper promises so much but fails to pu...

Some of you need to cheer up, this is a European semi final away from home against a team funded by a billionaire, and we were in it briefly! It's not great fair enough but it's not the worst we've played recently.
I am ecstatic I love Tigers performances this season we must be grateful :smt003

Just a quick question, why have Bath turned things around virtually overnight while we are still desperately struggling? 🤔
Because it takes years and we must be patient :smt003

Re: Matches with Test Crowds

Since 97% of infections occur indoors (Independent SAGE yesterday), being outdoors is almost risk free. Socially distanced pods with appropriate entry organisation could be easily safe. But then we can't get permission to run orienteering events - time trials in open country! Yet bars stay open , p...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope

I have been a season ticket holder since 1984 and over all those years have seen numerous world class players at the Tigers. However, despite this I cannot recall too many outstanding 13’s if you exclude Manu. We have had very good 12’s including Howard, Allen, Toomua but not outside centres with p...

Re: Brian Moore - Telegraph 14 Sep 2020

We are actually very similar to West Indies Cricket. So superior. For such a long time. But wrecked by arrogant old fashioned imperialist thinking ( non-thinking) idiots at Board Level--who should have gone years ago. And it really doesnt help having ex England players on the Board who might be gre...

Re: Team vs Saints

Beating Saints is always something to celebrate and we waited 2 seasons for it. Defence was very good attack limited as per. Discipline was very poor as was the game and not impressed with Lady Ga Ga at the death mindlessly handing Saints an LBP via his macho challenge. Never known us beat Saints wi...
