I certainly won't find anything comical about losing to Bath at home, but I love Loretta's comment about shooting the horse in February..... :smt002 :smt003

Re: Tigers vs Bath

Bath by 10-15 More like 4.15, I reckon! Very good! Yes looking at both teams and benches this could be our worse home defeat yet, maybe I was being too positive be with 10-15,this could be an absolute schellacking! I reckon we're in for an utter pasting. I'll be there though, as I will be next year,...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 6

Very fair point, and probably indicates why they are being investigated. It is likely that next season 2 of those will be marquee, Itoje and Daley I would guess. It may be that the others contracts were negotiated before they achieved their current status in the game and therefore may not at the mo...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 6

This is an honest open question - seeking wisdom from wiser minds. It is not inherently negative. I appreciate that Tigers have got to be wise in their recruitment. No team can have a dream team in all positions and stay within the salary cap- although Saracens are 'the exception that proves the ru...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 6

“Struggling Leicester Tigers have a 10-man shopping list of reinforcements. They have only announced Kiwi flanker Jordan Taufua so far, but more deals are expected. The Gain Line understands that the likely arrivals include: Calum Green, Tomas Lavanini, Hanro Liebenberg, Nephi Leatigaga, Jaco Taute,...

Re Ford and the 90 seconds - Teams have done exactly the same thing to us at welford road, even this season (the team escapes, apologies).

Toomua experiment worked and Ford bar one error and a couple of dodgy decisions was superb again Toomua threw some dodgy passes that let them in for, I believe, two tries he also missed at least one if not two try saving tackles! Ford was immense, and should be captain! Definitely 2 try saving tack...

Re: The Six Nations 2019

Good to see the roof will be open in Cardiff this afternoon, Rugby is not an indoor sport. I guess Wales won’t need to water the pitch now, it’ll save them a fortune on the meter!

Up the Irish!
