It's also a lifestyle/life experience choice.
Definitely more players seeking a different lifestyle experience towards the ends of their careers these days.

Who can blame them?

complete ins and outs for every club as things stand at present - every club releases more out than in. https://www.planetrugby.com/news/premiership-ins-and-outs-the-complete-list-of-the-2024-25-player-transfers I think you'd struggle to make a case for any squad looking stronger next season based ...

Wacokecoke has some exciting talent, but makes too many errors. You never know whether he's going to beat 3 defenders, or trip over and drop the ball.

Sam James would be a very good signing, but I feel like he's got France written all over him.

Not overly impressed with Barton when I've seen him, but might be a good project player at the right price, if he's happy still being number 2. I'm in the minority, but I'd take Billy V for a season, unless we have someone else waiting in the wings, at the right price. I suspect he wouldn't be avail...

Re: Not a new kit Launch.... Tigers Together membership

No issue with the club trying to get a bit more revenue, and it doesn't look like it reduces the benefit of season tickets or anything else. I'm surprised that anyone is offended by it. That said, I don't see anything particularly interesting in the list of benefits, certainly not for £800 per year....

Re: Karl Dickson

In my opinion Dickson is one of the top referees in the world at the moment. That says more about the general standard of officiating than Dickson himself. He is considerably better than he was, but he's no Barnes or Owens. Meanwhile, back in 2013... If you can't do the time, don't do the crime!! R...

Tigers could only make the Attack Coach tole redundant if they weren't intending to get a new Attack Coach. You make a role redundant, not a person.

I don't know the employment laws, can you bring in a consultant from outside if a employee is on gardening leave? Cause I did wonder why they didn't but watching the Manchester united v Newcastle battle over Ashworth I don't know if they could Once on gardening leave, yes . The employee is in their...

Great Post, agree wholeheartedly. However, I thought Pollard gave everything against Sale - a couple of huge tackles and some good stuff with ball in hand.

How many people are successful at interview for a job whilst employed elsewhere and while working their notice immediately start working for their new employer, are involved in interviewing and appointing staff even before their new contract starts. I would have thought that more unlikely when movi...

All fair points, let's sack off double world cup winning Pollard for Shillcock, and only employ English coaches because xenophobia is definitely the best strategy.

Or, just stop taking drugs and join the rest of us in the real world?

Our average losing margin away to Sale in the Prem over the last 5 years is 14.2 points. So, yesterday, was actually a better result than we usually get.

Only once in the last 5 years have we even got a losing bonus point at Sale.

Yesterday was our 2nd best result at Sale since 2018.

They are not calling you glib, they are calling your generalisation glib, and they have a point. McKellar will be responsible for the results if they are ultimately not good enough, the buck stops with him as Head Coach. But he is not and cannot be responsible for the players not being fit enough. ...
