Re: Saturdays garb !
Soggypitch makes a good point. Tigers ought to revert to wearing a kit that is recognisable as a Leioester Tigers kit - hooped shirts, white shorts and back socks. It seems that only Bath, Gloucester and Northampton wear a kit that is instantly recognizable and distinguishable. The Bath kit is not m...

Re: I may be pessimistic but .............
The only certainty is that Tigers will play Saints in the play-off semi. Sarries attitude to the final game in the regular season may determine whether Tigers play Saints at home or away. Tigers have nothing to fear if the semi is away.

Re: Huge positive from last Sunday's game
Now I know why the posts at the Welford Road end were different from those at Aylestone Road end (they didn't have the gold caps on the tops of the posts).

Re: When represting your Country means...not that much
I was very disappointed by the wholescale withdrawal by the team. Listening to what some of the riders said it was clear they withdrew because they decided that they had no chance of winning. Only about a third of the field finished the race but at least they showed some pride in representing their ...

I'd ask the collectors to pose for a photograph of them `engaged in a good cause' and see how they react.

Mixed feelings about this. Would Manu have done whilst with an elder or chief in Samoa? Probably not. Perhaps shows how little respect we have for our politicians.

Re: Premiership fixtures 2013/14
Does anyone know when next season's fixtures will be announced? Looked on the Premiership website and it aint obvious. Even knowing the start and end dates would help, although I see via ticketmaster that the London Double-header is on 7th September, so I reckon there's a clue there to the start-da...

Re: Police praise fans - only 6 arrested!
I will go through them 1 by 1 and can only speak for Leicester City games as I wouldn't know about other clubs. It would appear Zdzislaw can only speak for Leicester City as well. I related my wife's experience because she, never having been to a football match before, was a wholly objective observ...

Re: Police praise fans - only 6 arrested!
I've taken my wife to Tigers matches several times, at Welford Road, Bath and Twickenham. She thoroughly enjoyed the games. A big factor for her was the behaviour of the fans which she described as cultured and good humoured. I took her to a Leicester City home match and she hated the experience. Sh...

Re: Why do some people ...
It's because more and more people have regard only for themselves and they are oblivious of other people. Why has that happened? It's complicated, but parental nurturing of children has something to do with it. Education too.

Re: Barnes for the final
The suggestion that clubs should have a say in who referees a game is absurd. The referee can only adjudicate on what he sees or what touch judges inform him about. Barnes is a fine referee.

Re: stand up and stop other people see tries being scored
I'm afraid that I'm a guilty party. I did stand as Croft was about 30 yards from scoring his try and I did hear shouts of "sit down" from people diagonally behind me. My standing was a spontaneous act. It was not premeditated. I stood only momentarily before the Tait try then sat because I...

Re: Matt O'Connor to Leinster?
Good luck Matt and thank you for everything you have done for Tigers. If you read this forum I hope that you will recognise that the vast majority of fair minded Tigers fans appreciate how much you have contributed to Tigers during your time here. Let's hope you can sign-off with a Premiership title.

I wish they'd wear white shorts again. It was great to see a `proper' Tigers kit today.
