Re: Is this really the way to do it?
As an aside I was at the Bristol vs London Welsh play off game and ended up chatting with a London Welsh supporter his quote of the night was " poor bar stewards are playing themselves out of a job " sadly he was proved correct !

Re: Proper Rugby. Club
Gotta be honest this " proper club " thing is a total cop out , seriously are you arrogant enough to tell me that your club is better than my Club . Ok some clubs may have more support or maybe more money perhaps even more history but does that make them better ! It's such a nebulous argum...

Re: Woe is us - tractoritis hits the family
JG Dispite rumours of Six fingers and a belief that Flares are trendy its not all bad , a few bad apples yes but mostly massive rugby fans . Anyhow Cirecester is rather posh more likely have to put up with the no chin wonders of horse set ! :smt002 Mrs G and I are mortified. The (step)son is moving ...

Best of luck to him and his family , from the top of the game to the junior level this can happen . Hope it turns out to be less serious than it currently it seems .

Re: NZ Vs England 3rd Test Teams
And at least the boys from Abergavenny can appreciate what a rubbish ref Walsh is, not just us whingeing. For what it's worth I felt S Walsh could have gone " ball knocked out into touch but penalty for no arms in the tackle " maybe a yellow card and obviously they may have score from the...

Re: NZ Vs England 3rd Test Teams
What sport does Chris Ashton think he's playing, exactly? I say this as a lightening fast second team prop ! But Ashton was not even doing the winger basics correctly , kick chase was terrible , did he make one tackle ? But most of all his positional play was poor to be kind , to be fair I think th...

Re: NZ Vs England 3rd Test Teams
Having Burns next season is really starting to excite me now as he holds a back line as is dangerous giving Manu so much more time and space whereas with Farrell they just drift and gang tackle him as he isn't a threat which bodes well for us going forward. Probably the best pre-season backs traini...

Re: Manu to start on the wing ?
Whilst I understand the frustration the vitriol seems a tad OTT , firstly did anyone else see the nervous tick which England's performance last week seemed to have enduced in Fitzy before the game kicked off ? As for this need to change this and need change that I am not so sure , I'm willing to giv...

Re: Manu to start on the wing ?
Understand where your coming from 4071 but the point still stands in the game that mattered and at the time it mattered Brown was found wanting , not his fault he wanted to play for his country regardless but it is a fact ! Personally I live far too near to Wales to be happy with that result :smt009...

Re: Manu to start on the wing ?
Well Mr Lancaster here we go again , please do tell me what happened when we last played a guy out of position ( Brown versus Wales 2013) that went well or a few years previous when Italy played a Flanker at Scrumhalf a storming idea ! I realise that for various reasons theres a dislike of Twelvetre...

OT : the 6th of June
Lest we forget 70 years ago thousands of real heroes stormed the beaches of Normandy and parachuted into fields behind . In a era of cult celebrity it be holds us to remember what the word hero means , off topic I know but I think you'll let me off .
