Re: Rob Taylor leaves on compassionate grounds

Really interesting we have lost / changed 2 coaches forwards and attack in the last week.

Hope Borthwick can get in the people he needs to achieve the vision he wants

Wishing all the best for Taylor and his family

Re: Baa Baas game called off

Their behaviour is both financially and morally damaging to support rugby. They chose to sign legal contracts, to agree to behave and abide by those rules. In the commercial world, you would be liable for the costs of your decision-making. Personally don’t ban pherhaps just make them accountable for...

Re: Baa Baas game called off

Stupidity or arrogance ? The apologies mean nothing and their actions speak far louder than any words on social media. It goes beyond Rugby , and it goes beyond Sport. This group are playing with lives and livelihoods and quite obviously could not care less.Their actions should be removed from a pur...

I would suggest that if they don’t play next week either the writing is on the wall (unless they signed 2 year Covid contract extensions -anyone know)

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope

I see this as a realistic approach to the amount of time Jorge will be away with England next year

With so many Argentinians we will need to bring in the scarf waving (it was immense when watching them at the King Power Stadium)

Re: New Kit

I thought the training stuff was good but the rest was poor mainly a tigers logo on a T-shirt or top Something I could do myself with an iron on logo On the whole I think the rest of the collection is worse than the old shop I’m hoping it improves As otherwise I will only buy 1 or 2 items And unless...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope

Again a good looking squad but will take time to gel Most of the squad are new or under 12 months old - therefore if we want to keep the Tigers Ethos we need the older players around for a while Young’s x2, Ford, Genge, Cole, Kerr and Wells are the only senior players to have been here 3 years Most ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope

I think there is some real positivity to the signings All of these players will be here most of the year Wallace we would have taken last year and as a squad player is a good addition An squad development player from Sydney- if we believe Taylor is the new messiah - then he should know if Potter and...
