I've only seen the clip of Kinder's try, but by all accounts he was excellent against a decent senior professional side. Give him a go, what's the worst that can happen? Do you have a link to the clip? Not sure if this will work... https://www.instagram.com/reel/C6hKbe9Mc1x/?igsh=dzNpNmtrY3E2NnFj I...

Re: Tigers v Bristol (H) - Premiership - Saturday 27th April 2024 - KO: 15-00

Perhaps 8th place is a more realistic appraisal of where our performances deserve. We did OK during the World Cup but since then we have slowly gone backwards, in spite of the return of Cole, Martin, Montoja, Kata, Pollard and Wiese. Even with the 6N it's surely long enough for the team to gel. Why...

I believe her marital name would be Easterby but chosen surname is to honour her legendary father
Marbles?
Was her father not real then?

That thing with Sara Elgin, I struggled to hear her reply. He said why is it Saaara not Sara and she said...?

Kinder was eggcellent…..
I assume this was the verdict of Kinder's scout?

It wasn’t in my eyes a pre season.
Thanks Ben for what you’ve done and will do for us.
And great to see Tom on the Crumbie v Bristol.
Agree with all of that, and it's a pity Tom's team can't catch.

I thought Brace didn't give Quins the rub of the green. But Marler's penalty was beyond stupid; perhaps he'd thought the game gone.

Re: Cockers thoughts on the Prem etc

Interesting perspective. But he’s right about the traditional rivalries, especially us and Saints. Home this season was lacklustre from both teams and Saints putting out a weakened team at home says it all really. The fire and intensity just hasn’t been there this season. Always thought Tom Youngs ...

Re: Black Lions match

Given the teams (and without seeing any of the performance), I'd say that's a huge gutsy effort from the cubs. Congrats to all the young lads! Looking forward to hearing some reports and to seeing these lads get more game time in the coming season. COYT Agreed. I'd expected our youngsters to be phy...

Cockers thoughts on the Prem etc

Cockers reminiscing about the good old days- I think he may be having a little tongue in cheek dig.
The Prem lacks "bite".

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)

I have said this on a different thread (or earlier on this burble burble) but this habit of knocking back kicks in broken play seems to me to be a very high risk tactic. If, on kick off, the kick goes behind the front defenders, then the knock back is as likely to end up in their hands as ours. If a...

Re: Billy Vunipola arrested

Impressed with the Spanish criminal justice system, to be honest. Nicked one day, in court and fined the next. Excellent. Presumably built up after years of dealing with similar incidents with drunk Brit tourists.
