Fair point, but the ref and TMO get about a minute to come to a decision and the citing bloke gets 24 hours.

Having watched it on video he clearly did not make a deliberate illegal tackle. I am amazed he was cited in the first place! The decision is correct. Well done the rugby authorities - always can be trusted to come up with the right decision.
