Re: 6 NATIONS 2021

They did pretty well in the Autumn's Nations Cup final They did! But their performance was very overplayed. On rewatching iirc they got into Englands 22 once in the whole of the second half and ET. No disrespect but it was more England being poor and thinking they just had to turn up more than anyt...

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021

Isn't Alldritt injured as well? Be interesting to see how France do without three pivotal players for an entire tournament. Lyon centre Pierre-Louis Barassi (2 caps) has been summoned to replace Vakatawa. Alldritt is apparently injured, but played at the weekend, and is replaced by Cameron Woki, wh...

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021

Sadly, Racing centre, Virimi Vakatawa, will play no part in the 6N due to a knee injury sustained in last weekend's defeat to Union Bordeaux Bègles. No replacement has been announced yet. Re: 6 NATIONS 2021

Not sure who exactly is aware of this and apologies if it is common knowledge , but Joe Marler took to Social Media to explain his 'personal reasons' for withdrawal from the England squad. In the current climate it is very difficult to argue with his reasoning.... https://www.rugbypass.com/news/fans...

Re: French rugby 2020/2021

Round 15 results of the Top14: One interesting statistic - average points per match 55! La Rochelle 40 Bayonne 3( France's 3rd choice hooker scores two tries - see video below) Racing 32 Bordeaux 33 (another home defeat for Racing. France fly half Mathieu Jalibert completely outshone Finn Russell) C...

Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?

Where would that leave Zac Henry who has looked good. Not discounting fluffing his try scoring opportunity.? I've seen a lot more positives than negatives in Henry - except for that inforgiveable brainphart! It'd be a shame if he were to be leaving because what little I've seen of Bonilla who hasn'...

Re: French rugby 2020/2021

Agen v Toulouse (Toulouse to cement their place at the top with a bp win) Clermont v Castres (the wheel...

Re: French rugby 2020/2021

M. Robespierre - did you see the Nevers player get sent off for lifting the ref up in celebration? My initial reaction was that it was such a shame as the guy was clearly so happy about the try being declined, but in hindsight it isn’t acceptable to touch the ref (Neil Back!!) and if I’d have been ...

Re: 6 NATIONS 2021

La Défense Arena in Paris has proposed that the whole of the 6N be held there. It’s possible, I suppose, but could be a bit awkward when there are two matches in the same. afternoon/evening? What are your thoughts?

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21

Personally I think people are being harsh on Ibitoye. The French press are doing the standard it’s not the French clubs fault but the English players, let’s be real Agen, are not a bad team cause of their winger. But it’s a good selling point and nice misdirection for those involved and the fact th...

Re: Tigers v Bayonne - European games suspended

Not sure where to put this, did BT pick up Sarries v Ealing? I don’t think so, no. Shame, massive missed opportunity imho. Yes it is! Might have to watch some Top14 this afternoon to get my fix 😜 There are two catch-up matches you can watch; round 4 Bordeaux v Clermont (3h15 French time) and round 1...
