Re: Premiership Final hit by Covid!

Of all those missing, Wayne Barnes looks like the biggest loss! I thought CMK did ok and it was great to see him penalise Exeter on the Wasps line for an offence that other refs let Exeter get away with. Wasps did well under the circumstance and the terrible weather but it was almost inevitable Chi...

Re: Baa Baas game called off

What about the possible health consequences to their families, being sent home, didn't they consider them when indulging in their stupid actions?

Re: Bye Bye Boris

Was he one of the 30 odd employees made redundant? The club have said they are seeking a replacement scrum coach, which would make redundancy difficult to argue, especially if it's like for like responsibilities. Thanks Grimlish, I see your point, but its a bit strange that no one seems to know whe...

Box Kicks too, runners are nearly always in front of the kicker.

I wonder what the reasoning was?

Personal? Promotion? Pay? Frustration?

Re: Fijian squad announced

I'm not convinced we will lose Youngs and Ford for all that time, I think their days are numbered with Eddie, there are other players pressing and I think Eddie will blood them sooner than later.

Re: What I think is??

John, I don't wish to be rude but your report is very much in the words of a club trying to market itself. I agree with the overall statement of facts concerning the personnel etc, but where is your criticism of the tactics, who dictates them and in particular the kicking of the ball away constantly...

Re: Squad where they stand...

Well the coaches said they were coming in and using these games to see where the squad is ready for the season. Where do we see players now ourselves: Hooker: Clare, got his nose ahead of Kerr for me in the pecking order. Kerr, not as good as I would have hoped may be down at 4th choice now, but so...

Re: Tigers vs Bristol

Hello, I'm a coach so I'm going to look at some things. 1, Players 2. Tactics 3. The Opposition I am going to change our approach based on a combination of those three factors. Nah, Just kick it. I think the commentators were take the p.... out of us tonight, their comments about our kicking and ou...

Re: Round 19 other games

I think Saints form changed after their Scrum Half left, (cant remember his name) he was a dynamo and scored loads of trys himself. :smt017 Kobus Reinach? Thanks, he really drove their game and brought Collins and Firbank running fast and hard, side stepping etc to make gaps. Collins scored almost ...

Re: Fans back at a game?

Well I got the 5000 crowd figure from the LTTV Harry Potter post match chat and certainly watching it on BT there were well over the 1000 you are suggesting in their three stands. However were you there Tigerbeat? I had read in the news that France were imposing restrictions of crowds to a maximum ...

Re: Tigers vs Bristol

Why does Borthwick look so calm and content with our performance? :smt022 Even the commentators are saying stop kicking it. Suspect that Borthwick has a plan and it will work out in time. These games have given him a chance to see the players and how they adapt themselves. More effort and have kept...
