Re: Can we please see our own salary cap announcement like t

I think it already has gone away. I think with the new deal Bath and Sarries have their headroom for the next couple of years. I don't think anybody is going to squeal on the deal. Now the season is underway everybody is going to get absorbed into on the field matters. Agreed that they may think it...

Re: Can we please see our own salary cap announcement like t

I have just sent a reasoned request to messrs Tom and Cohen imploring them to make a stance....won't make any difference but I feel better!! This has the feel of an issue that won't go away until the accused are identified and punished....and they have the chance to deal with it now or continue to p...

Re: The Ricoh - the Good bits and Bad bits

More bad bits...signage both inside and outside the ground. It was challenge to find the right stand and block.... Also half time...or more specifically beer and bogs...not sure how they would get on in an emergency but you couldn't move around the toilets. Good bits I thought were the stewards...re...

Re: Stop kicking the ball away.

It's ok to play a kicking game if you do it well....but when your scrum half kicks to a wing where you only have Rizzo and a shattered Parling and expects them to chase down Foden and North then you're inviting trouble....

Re: Team for visit to Kassam

I am the same Ragingbull...been to both games this weekend and thought today couldn't possibly be worse. Today was depressing frankly. What I find truly worrying is the lack of ideas. I think AA made one clean break today but that was about it for the team. This is against a defence that shipped 71 ...

Re: Behaviour at Twickers - a journo wakes up?

Whilst the article raises some serious questions I noticed a journo on Twitter during the game bemoaning the lack of atmosphere at Twickers. This is the main reason we stopped attending England games years ago. As a rule the journalists seem to think HQ has a fantastic atmosphere but the only games ...

Re: Injury news

When will everybody finally get their head around the fact that Cockers doesn't tell the media the truth when it comes to injury returns....Why tell the opposition who will and won't be playing?? On the way to the Gloucester game I said to my wife that I would bet our not insubstantial mortgage on t...

Re: Goneva-Whats Going On?

I really wouldn't be too concerned about Goneva going...he is a bit of a curates egg of a player in my opinion...match winner sometimes and then abysmal the next week...frustrating for fans but even more so the coaches I would think... Seen him finish some good tries but also seen him butcher enormo...

Re: North even more expensive signing?

This issue isn't about the player but about honouring contracts. As I understand it, Saints agreed to the clause in the PRL contract restricting them from releasing North, and this was prior to signing North. They have then subsequently signed a contract with a player which contradicts the clause. I...

Re: RWC 2015 venues.. no welford road??

Very disappointed by the decision...clearly about the cash but sometimes sport is about more than money...if they can't see that after the summer of sport we've had then they never will ... its a shame because I would definitely have taken the family to WR...not to the footy stadium though... I susp...

Re: Saracens vs Tigers Saturday 15/09/12 3:30

Well I have a nights sleep after the trip to Wembley yesterday and have reflected on my initial thoughts. First the game....not great was it. Thought both teams struggled with attack, Tigers due to an inability to break down the Sarries defence and Sarries because they just didn't want to attack for...

Re: ...and that'll be the last we see of Alain Rolland too.

the halfpenny incident could of gone either way - the french guy came in from the side and the welsh guy held onto the ball on the ground so rolland was right by punishing the french guy for commiting the first offence. if the french guy had just come in from behind the back foot then it would have...
