Once enjoyed an uproarious Tigers members evening in the company of Bill and his band of B&I Lions tourist nutters. Lived his life as he wanted. Passed on with his beloved Tigers on the up and playing splendidly.
Onwards and upwards my friend.

A massive improvement over Sky indeed.
Oz is tiresome when not talking rugby though IMO.

Damascene conversion for Mallinder !
Northampton rugby director Jim Mallinder shrugged off the impact of the TMO rulings, suggesting tense finals will always throw up marginal calls, with luck ultimately evening out over time. "I think in a close game like that you can always pick on one or two ifs and buts decisions, and we coul...

Re: the Cult of Saracens
This is the real cult of Saracens. The most informative article, and I would like to see some of these ideas explored at WR. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/news/10861110/We-are-totally-united-as-a-group-say-Saracens-ahead-of-Aviva-Premiership-final-against-Northampton.html (Been away f...

The chap who runs the Tigers "ultras" facebook page has offered Clark to a fight at Twickenham on Twitter and he has accepted.... Really not the sharpest chisel in the bag is he?

Re: Sarries Wembley attendance. Really?
Johann Rupert is richer than Ozymandias, and running Saffers is less than change down his sofa. I wouldn't expect him to get bored or broke any time soon. This isn't mere Sir John Hall, or Brian Kennedy money.
They're here to stay I think.

Re: Teams up v Bath (LV Cup)
Like it or not, and let's not bang on about injuries,(all clubs have them), we no longer have the squad or talent that the likes of Bath, Northampton, Sarries and Quins have. Every match in a professional era should count and now I fear we will struggle v even the likes of Worcester. I hope I am pr...

Re: Interesting Tom Youngs rumour
Can't say I've seen much evidence of that when he was marching Saints backwards a couple of weeks ago, or holding Toulouse at our place last season. Seems fairly nailed-on at England 2 as well if he is flaky.

Re: Crowsons appraisal of the Tigers
Bill, what do you mean by "Keep the faith" ? You have little faith in our coaches or many of our players, as expressed very often ( as is your absolute right of course) but your "catchphrase" does seem to be somewhat at odds with your low expectations of our club's likely success...
