Re: Legal case with ex-players

Although I would hate to see valuable money wasted on Lawyers, I would like to hear in a court of law why these players can justify the claim. Obviously, they had a contract with Tigers, so legally they do have a case. But morally, I would like to know why they think they are so special. All other p...

Re: European Semi Transport

The Tram Park and Ride is actually only £2 return using the Event Return option. If asked you need a event return ticket and your match ticket! http://thetram.net/tickets.aspx The website says there is even a shuttle bus to the ground from Queens Road, although this may only be for Forest games.

Re: Womens Team

If it is correct that the Tigers wouldn't want to step on any local teams toes, it doesn't have to be that way. It could be organised in such a way as to be beneficial for all teams. A strong local team in the Premiership would attract new players to the game which would help the other local clubs. ...

Monday's A League Game

Will we progress to the A League final? :smt017 Tigers are 5 points behind Northampton so we can draw level with a win and a try bonus point on Monday night against Leeds. We will then also have 4 wins each so I think it goes to points difference. Northampton's points difference is 101 and ours is 1...

Re: Pub in Coalville area that shows rugby matches

Thanks for the suggestions. The rugby club would be perfect, but I had discounted it years ago as I used to know someone who played for them and he said something about a "social" membership fee of £30(ish). So I did not pursue it any further. Rugfan do you know if membership is required? ...

Re: Tigers academy thrash the Army

I was able to watch the whole game. It clearly shows the difference between a modern professional academy side and a true amateur team. The army development team were unfortunately outclassed in every department. The pack was pushed around all night and even off their own scrums several times. The a...

Re: Pub in Coalville area that shows rugby matches

Good point Nic The centre of Coalville would be easier to get to but I did not want to limit the area too much. Hopefully there will be loads of pubs that I can try out but I did not think there would be much response, if any, from only pubs in Coalville itself. It is quite easy to get to some of th...

Pub in Coalville area that shows rugby matches

Hi all I am hoping that someone out there in interweb land can help me. I am looking for a pub in the Coalville area that is rugby oriented rather than the usual round ball variety. Are there any that always show the Tigers when they are on Sky? As they are coming up this weekend - which pubs will a...
