Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?
Freddie is a good player, but why is he at a 2nd tier semi-pro Japanese side sitting round all morning waiting for half his team mates to finish work at the Toyota factory so he can train? Strange career choice even if the money were half decent. Would I have him back? - no - Tigers need to back a ...

Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?
In the MoS it says that Jordan Taufua is off to Lyon possibly before the end of the season, IMO that is a big loss and a disappointment.

Re: 3rd January 2021 v Bath
A few 'heart in the mouth' moments. Thoroughly enjoyed the game with the Tigers getting their game plan together after 20 or so minutes with the forwards dominating . Stewart must be up for an England run-out soon? Henderson did really well but his misdemeanour knocking the ball away that led to the...

Re: Premiership rejects BT TV offer
If BT do not get the rights the I will save a few quid as I only subscribe to get rugby as I have no interest in soccer etc. I have often thought of canning BT for that reason but with lockdown any access to rugby is welcome distraction. Also, the "kindergarten humour" of Healy etc is, IMO, way more...

Re: Six Nations to go to Sky
If BBC and ITV cannot put together a joint bid surely that goes against anti competition rules? I would imagine that bids have to be independently submitted? I thought Amazon Prime did a good job on the AIs I can cope with that and my subs to BT. If Sky get it then it will be the highlight show for...

Re: Tigers v Chiefs
I like Porter as a player, but a wing he isn't, is there really not another winger who could of played there square pegs in the square holes! Back row unbalanced last week so select the same one...madness. Really dont get 6/2 splits, unless you have more flexibility in your 2 or run on backs. That ...

I heard that there is an up and coming club in the Championship - Saracens I think they go by? They might win a game or two should they get into the Prem next season

Re: Matera hero to zero
I find all this, the 'woke' garbage and the efforts to rub out history, just because it may cause offence today, all rather worrying. I was always taught to learn from history and the wrongdoings of the past and be mindful of others. Actions like this are yet another nick taken out of free-speech an...

Re: London Irish Away
Don't understand the criticism of Dickson. He gave us 7/8 penalties on the bounce. We just screwed up. He should have given us several in the first half. The frustration is more that there is little consistency in his decisions and some of his breakdown penalties don't comply with the world rugby n...

Re: London Irish Away
Nothing changes! A 10 that can't find touch. The SA backrow absolutely ineffective. No direction, no structure, no idea and the Chiefs next week!!!
