Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Episode 3 The revenge of the Contracts.

Well done the club for the announcement this morning. If players don't want to play for us then cut them loose, do it swiftly and publicly, so there is no comeback. Loyalty is a much bandied about word that seemingly has little relevance for some people ie when you are constantly injured and in trou...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Part 2

Cant get my head round all of this. I don't blame players for seeking the very best deals for themselves, due to the short nature of a professional players career. I don't think loyalty runs that deep in professional sport, as it is now such a business (see football). The players mentioned as leavin...

Re: Sale vs Leicester - 21st February 2020

Do we have any backs moves we can execute other than through 3/4 sets of hands then kick it away or get turned over? Loops, wrap arounds - anyone remember them? Is that something to do with knitting perhaps? Looks like they have probably spent more time knitting than practising moves and line outs

Re: Sale vs Leicester - 21st February 2020

Why do some posters on here always criticise the ref, we are being beaten by a better coached side and better players, the reason for our defeat is nothing to do by the ref. Beaten fairly and squarely by a much better drilled, expansive, disciplined and interested team. How long can this go on for?...

Re: Sale vs Leicester - 21st February 2020

This is dreadful. I’m sorry but my mind is made up, Smurf must not have anything more to do with coaching and tactics. Glad SB is coming in and hopefully he can sort out the lineout if nothing else. And how much input does Murphy have on the line out. Probably not much, I wasn’t insinuating he did....

Re: QUINS VS TIGERS 28TH DEC

I have 5 tickets for tomorrow's game for sale. Bought them and can't make it. £25 each face value, will take an offer for all, or some. Block 31 Row 17 seats 57-61. For sale elsewhere, so first come first served. I live in Farnham, Surrey - so local pick up only im afraid.

Re: Murphy coaches and relegation

Dreadful all round. Basis skills and organisation lacking. Why don’t we use our backline? I’m pointing a massive finger at the coaching staff. Please GM fall in your own sword and resign. Takes a big man to admit they aren’t up to it and no one will think any less of you. Will all ways support, howe...

Re: Quins vs Tigers

Utterly pathetic effort. Sorry I really want to be positive, but can't be. Dan Cole is :censored: useless in all but the scrum. Second row and back row gutless. Backline uninventive. Most dangerous winger in the premiership out of the game. Would have been interesting to see if Barnes would have pro...

Re: Painful!

I’m 100% annoyed. Haven’t read any previous posts. We need dog to win quick, clean and lean forward ball. Our back line should be amazing our 2nd and back row isn’t. Time to clear the coaching staff out and get some ‘world class’ heads in. MOC you are a waste of space who has no or little respect So...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle Falcons

Scenes at the end of the game in the changing room said it all. Smiling faces and handshakes f£cheers that get back on the pitch and drill them until they drop and remind them what giving it all means! Biggest problem for me is our inability to turnover ball. Whether Cole is knackered or just finish...

Re: Size of shirt numbers - help needed

Thanks Guys. I’m assuming the numbers are equally proportionate height and width? Didn’t mean to cause an issue with the club shop. Just want it to look good and not a comical homemade job. Wonder if they might send me the patch?

Thanks

Size of shirt numbers - help needed

Can anyone who has had their shirt printed, by the club, with a number let me know how high the digits are please. It is my Dad's 70th Birthday and I have got him a shirt but need to get the number 70 printed by a 3rd party as the club state they wont do numbers other than 1-15. If you also know the...

Re: MOC to be sacked?

I think the basis of our demise in the inability to get over the gain line either through the forwards or backs. I like GM big time but as skills coach he hasn't really taken us forward. The pack, whilst strong and big, look weak and timid not interested in scrapping it out. Our back row just isn't ...
