We're just getting ready to go to the match so are wrapping up well to keep warm. We've realized since sitting in the new stand that we are not sheltered from the rain now the roof is so high so not looking forward to getting wet!

While I agree that some people did seem to have rigour mortis even when the tension on the field was at it's peak, the people around me were doing their best to spur the teams on. The exception was an elderly gentleman sitting next to me. The only comment he made was about southern hemisphere refs. ...

I presume that Mrs G has never played the game so has no understanding of what goes on during a game. It is a pitched battle with constant abusing and belittling of the opposition. We too have been wondering if the young lad is OK. It certainly looked like they were taking all precautions to minimize his injury. Lets hope things were not as bad has they seemed and he will make a full recovery. Our best wishes are with him.

We didn't hear any bad language but it's a shame other people did, having said that we enjoyed watching the lads play some good rugby. Hopefully as their playing game improves, so will their verbal repertoire expand and improve also.
