Tigers would have to do 14 days quarantine if they went to France surely?

Re: Tigers vs Castres - 20 Sep 20 at 1500

in what universe is Wells a better back row player than Taufua? Additional lineout option would be my guess. Having the two second rows and Hanro as the only lineout options would leave us without a ball carrier in the backline so with Wells you have three and still a big forward in the backline. I...

Here I go again.

Footballing 10, footballing 12, crash ball 13

Ford, Henry, Nadolo?

Plus that's a left amf right footed kicking option.... OK... Prop's logic.
Potter on wing I take it? Don’t know about Henry at 12 tbf

The issue is that they cannot register a replacement, not that they do not have a player to play loosehead.
I meant from within their already registered players, presumably they named more than 2 tightheads on that list

There is no issues at the moment as they able to field a full front row.....if the loosehead does get injured it will mean uncontested scrums and Saints down to 14 players.
don't they have a tight head that can train to play there just in case?

Re: Team vs Saints

Pure speculation Not really, its a reasonably well established stat that a team serving a yellow card will, on average, have 7 points scored against them. It's a bit old and the 2019 GP final may have skewed it but this international referee and analyst says it's actually about 2.5 points; https://...

Re: Team vs Saints

Murphy said on RL after the game Ford could have played but wasn't risked, same for Reffel and Taute

Re: Team vs Saints

Probably made better viewing with a full house giving it some atmosphere. We are not in a bad position going into next season. Let's not kid ourselves, stains lost that as much as we won it... Oh for crying out loud. Some people... be fair we extended our lead when down to 13 men, a decent team wou...

Re: Team vs Saints

Just watched the game now, far far too many penalties given away, thought the scrum was solid as usual line out struggled in part due to 2 jumpers being in the bin, Henry fitted in well at 10 with the first 15, Nadolo seemed to be on a mission to crack some ribs which was superb, Porter was quiet be...

Re: Ringfencing almost upon us ?

I actually think blocks of midweeks game with appropriate free weekends would be better. A number of players have commented on how much better they’re feeling because they’re only playing and not having train 5 days solid before a game. Big argument for 2 months pre season and then quick fire block...

Re: Zack Henry

also him being second choice 10 only will be particularly unappealing as we almost never substitute Ford off the field, that's why people keep mentioning playing 15 etc.

Re: Team vs Saints

is Hardwick injured? McPhillips over him is an odd choice given the latter hasn't impressed much, yet again 3 second rows start, I really dislike this trend, especially as we have left Taufua on the bench to do it. What exactly is the injury to Ford? Also wondering when we will see Mamukusvilli make...

Re: Zack Henry

Zack has been the main bright light since restart, I'm a fan of Freddie Steward at 15 but I would also like to see Zack get some game time there with George Ford at 10
