Two points: 1. If you look up Mr Maxwell-Keys on 'tinternet, he has the sort of degree that not many of us would be capable of getting 2. I know it defeats the idea a bit, but the volume every time they played the ad was more than a roar, it was absolutely deafening! Ear drums more than a bit uncomfortable! I nearly texted the club on the number they give us for customer feedback, but I don't think it was in the programme...
