At 33 his age might put off some other teams but would be a really good signing
+1
Versatile. Mainly a 10 but has played 15 and the occasional game at centre and wing. Utility and experience isn't to be sniffed at.

Some Munster fans think Kelly is going to them, no idea if it has any substance. definitely not going anywhere as confirmed by Tigers at recent members evening. Think it's more hope that anything else. Tom Farrell from Connacht to Munster is the more likely deal. Kelly is the better and younger pla...

If Tigers are signing Moroni then he'd probably be surplus here. I disagree. For me this would be horses for courses. Moroni is one of the best defensive centres in the world IMHO, but I think Perese is better in attack... In any case, we need more than 2 or 3 centres in the squad due to potential ...

Wacokecoke has some exciting talent, but makes too many errors. You never know whether he's going to beat 3 defenders, or trip over and drop the ball. Sam James would be a very good signing, but I feel like he's got France written all over him. I know what you mean - feels like a one-club-man as fa...

He's 24 and made 79 appearances for Sarries with 49 starts. Hasn't made much impression. I suspect he'll got and play ProD2 rugby over in France. If we were looking for a starter, I’d agree with you. But as a second if not third choice? I’d say he would be a decent candidate for what we are after. ...

Manu Vunipola to fill our 10 void? I’ve suggested but others not keen. He’s still young and not sure he’s ever been given a proper go at Sarries with the rather using Goode when Farrell was unavailable, there may of course be very good reasons for this I’d take a punt on him! For what we are lookin...

Scored a cracking try in the final.
100m pb of 11.90 (as it's on power of 10 he's obviously done some athletics and this will be on a track with spikes). He must be pretty quick. Good call.

Re: Law changes coming in to effect 1st July

Yeah, that's what I would outlaw. When this was discussed on here it seemed universally popular and seemed easy to implement. I don't understand it tbh. Once the ref calls use it then no one is allowed to join the ruck. Get the refs to call use it more readily and it cuts down the long drawn out bu...

Dave Ewers apparently leaving Ulster I want him but not sure he would fit in with the balance. Unless Hanro goes to 8. 6. Ewers, Canrduff, Rogerson, Manz 7. Reffell, Ilione, Cracknell, Beddall 8. Hanro, Hatherell, Beets, Williams The thing I like about Ewers a lot is he plays like an 8 in attack bu...

Re: Law changes coming in to effect 1st July

Outlawing of the caterpillar ruck would have been the first thing on the list for me. I’m not that opposed to an extended ruck it’s the adding of 1 or 2 more bodies when the ball is already at the back that annoys me Yeah, that's what I would outlaw. When this was discussed on here it seemed univer...

Because he is the Director of Rugby. He was appointed months before either of them. Why would you take that job then let someone else make your key appointments?!? What would be the point of appointing him in Feb to then appoint all his staff for him?? And why would fans think that be a GOOD thing ...

See I don't get this, we need a 13 not a 12. Options at 12 next year brackets mean secondary position... Kelly Kata (Perese) Woodward (Myall) Options at 13 Perese (Kelly) Myall We have so much more depth at 12 than 13, Kelly is a much better 12 than 13. I agree, we really need to sign a quality 13 ...

For people within their first year of employment you can just sack people for no reason and pay them two weeks' pay. They definitely were McKellar's picks . Just because they aren't Australian doesn't mean he didn't want them in his team. As a very big McKellar sceptic it is more reassuring to me t...

I take no consolation from Glos because we lost to them twice this season just shows how poor we truly are :smt012 Have you seen the side Glaws have put out? Gloucester: 15 Josh Hathaway, 14 Alex Hearle, 13 Louis Hillman-Cooper, 12 Jack Reeves, 11 Jake Morris, 10 Charlie Atkinson, 9 Stephen Varney,...
