Mail also speculating that Cockerill is in talks with Eddie Jones.
As forward coach would be great!
Can't see England getting rid of Proudfoot and unsure he'd be happy about a demotion to just scrum coach. Could Cockers go in as defence coach?

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21

Two Argentinians leave the Top14 sign a one-year deal with Edinburgh: Racing utility back Emiliano Boffelli (26 years old, 31 caps) and Toulon fullback Ramiro Moyano (31 years old, 36 caps). Really good signings for Edinburgh although surprised they are only 1 year deals :smt017 Presumably lack of ...

The rumours of another prop and another back row appear to have gone quiet. You’d assume all new signings would be done and in by now given pre-season has started, unless they are still involved elsewhere. Well the new prop arrived the other week. https://www.leicestertigers.com/news/squad-addition...

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21

According to The Rugby Paper despite denials and a hard line stance Saints are taking the Toulouse pursuit of Dan Biggar very seriously to the extent that a possible replacement list has been drawn up together with a sizable allocation of Cap being held in reserve should the worst (for them) happen...

Re: Formerly of this parish

Tom Hardwick signs for Sporting Club Albigeois who play in the Nationale Big step down for him, crazy to think the likes of Bristol were looking at him before Christmas , the manner of his departure has obviously concerned suitors... Well according to the rugby paper which doesn't mean much. Notice...

The churn continues. Eddie Jones cannot be a nice guy to work for.
Eddie has always liked to use different coaches to keep things fresh. Even when he had a full staff he used to have guest coaches come in for short periods.

I mean how many signings have we made that had noise before hand? Since the Montoya thing got leaked, nowt. The van Staden move was leaked in the SA press though so whilst nothing will come from the club doesn't mean it won't be leaked by another source. I think we're probably all sorted but never ...

Re: New kit 21/22

As was mentioned in the press releases last season we are not going to get a traditional style kit anytime soon as those are being used for the DPD and Academy Which makes sense. Those kits are important to develop the ethos and remember the heritage of the club for the up and coming players. The p...

Re: New kit 21/22

Whatever your views on the kits’ designs, I’m sure everyone can agree this is really good: https://www.instagram.com/p/CRomSmDD-h1/?utm_medium=copy_link To be fair that Tiger head artwork is the best bit of the kit design. Just purchased the dark green "ringer" t-shirt and that has it on. He's done...

Lets not forget the players he did bring through the likes of Manu, Ford, YBY, Slater, Balmain and Thacker as well as bringing in young talents from other clubs like Genge, Miles Benjamin, Owen Williams, Dom Barrow and McGuigan Manu and Ford were prodigies at a young age and were blindly obviously ...

Looks good would liked to have seen a shot of the back just to see what the rest of the GPL Teams will see over the new season
If you wait to the end of the video it has the shirt rotating. The back has a bit more going on than the front.

Re: Jabs required for WR?

Let’s hope Leicester Tigers management insist that you must have had two jabs of the COVID vaccination to enter Welford Road. I for one will feel a lot safer if that’s implemented, it may also encourage those who haven’t had the vaccination to do so and enjoy watching Tigers this season. Whilst I a...
