Back in the 1970's second rows were also called locks, never heard a number 8 referred to as a lock though.

Looks like a rotated team with one eye on keeping players match fit if needed over the next few weeks, a strong side, with no disrespect to Newcastle, it's a team more than capable of doing the job.

New captain
With Tom Youngs retiring thoughts turn to the clubs replacement, Hanro Liebenberg is currently vice captain and for me seems a logical choice, but then there's Montoya and maybe Wells, are they also in the frame? I'd like to see Wells as a vice captain with maybe Steward as vc from the backs as we h...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00
We could have a "champions cup" for the team at the top at the end of normal play, then a "league cup for the play offs, opportunity to get a second sponsor involved as well.

Ring fencing is already killing the league, Baths capitulation to Gloucester would not have happened if they were fighting for survival like we had to for a couple of seasons. Money has already ruined the game along with a bit of political influence as well, no one will convince me other wise that p...

Re: Tigers v Leinster (H) - Saturday 07th May 2022 - 5-30pm KO
