Re: Tigers v Bristol - 27th April 2019
Having just watched Worcester play Gloucester I am quite depressed. Worcester put up a tremendous fight and won thus ensuring their premiership status next season. If Tigers had shown the same committment yesterday we would be safe now. I have tried to stay positive this year but, I am afraid, the w...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle - 12th April 2019
Great win but when will some players learn that giving away dumb penalties could have lost us the game. One disallowed try could have been crucial.

Re: Tigers v Chiefs
It is quite unacceptable when the only player chasing a kick through is the hooker. When Chiefs broke through there were always 2 or 3 players upon support. Although the team showed more fight than in the game against Saints the tackling at times was appalling and for an Australian international to ...

Re: Season Ticket Renewals
Everyone is entitled to decide how to spend their money but I am puzzled over some comments. My wife and I have had the pleasure of supporting Tigers for over 20 years. As a disillusioned association football supporter I started coming to Welford Road in the late 80s. We consider ourselves so lucky ...

Re: Manu to Racing 92?
Very interesting article by Owen Slot in the Times. Here are two extracts: "Tuilagi's mid-career has been destroyed by injuries. In the 2016-17 season he got on the pitch seven times he was therefore being paid £65 000 a game.' 'If you have been so injury prone that many thought you would never...

I have registered for the Open Forum but have no information about tickets. Are they being issued or do we just turn up?

Re: Disheartened over current play
Hope you enjoyed it. After the first 15 minutes I was very pessimistic but the spirit the team showed, in spite of the referee's doubtful decisions, gives me optimism for the remainder of the season. If Owens had not decided that hitting the face was a knock-on the score would have been a lot closer.

Re: cheer ourselves up - Racing v Tigers
In the past I have had great respect for Nigel Owens but after today's performance it is time he retired.

Re: Ulster v Tigers
Our history at Ulster has been terrible. Losing 33-0 in 2004, 42-7 in 2012 and 26-7 in 2015 is not a great record so don't be too depressed. I had the misfortune of being at those games so today is some improvement.

George Ford for Freddie Burns. Who got the better deal? Perhaps some have changed their mind.

Re: Wasps Vs Tigers
Referees are so picky about some offences but ignore players running offside at restarts. I appreciate that it is difficult to see all offences but it's easy to see a player 2 or 3 yards in front of the kicker at restarts.

Re: Tigers v Falcons
A really encouraging attacking performance but why o why don't we get a defence coach. It has been clear that we have needed one for years but we struggle on without one. Scoring 5 tries was excellent, particularly as some showed outstanding team moves, but giving away tries through pathetic element...

Re: We’ve got Europe but it’s going to be tough
I cannot see that there will be any easy groups. Surely a European Cup should be difficult - if you want an easier competition we should have lost today and been in the lower competition.

Re: The Clash
It would be interesting to know what the officials expected Thomstone to do. If a player jumps that high it is likely that he is going to fall. I have a high opinion of Wayne Barnes but I am sure that he got this wrong. Fortunately it didn't affect the result.
