Re: Toulon v Tigers - Challenge Cup Semi

The fact Kelly is in at 23 suggests he has a knock. Tigers don’t usually announce injuries when match day squads are named. Glad Kelly is picked though for that 23 shirt. I've not seen him play but as a 19 year old Irish U20's international he hopefully is ready for the step up, which in this case ...

Interested to see Steward not in the 23, I would imagine he must be injured? Anybody have any insight on that? I’ve been really enjoying his run in the 1st team.
It wasn't listed in Smurfs injury update but he may have got a knock in training this week. He's a very good player and will be back.

Re: Toulon v Tigers - Challenge Cup Semi

Pleased to see Kini at 15. He should get more chance to get involved and he is a proven dangerous runner from 15 with ball in hand.

Interesting stuff. Regardless of whether he is eventually charged with anything you would think it is likely to have a negative effect on his attempt to get re-elected.

It is true that whenever a law is changed or tweaked many rugby brains are tasked to find ways to best mitigate the change and obtain advantage in doing so. Such will it ever be :smt040

Re: Matches with Test Crowds

Cancelling the trials is yet another knee jerk reaction. It's as if there is little or no thought given to individual risk situations and instead it is all about the tough headline of removing any possible 'reward' to the general public because they have not followed the rules regardless of whether ...

Re: Clubs on the brink

The Godforsaken app is finally here. Whether that will do anything I don't know. It is reliant on people doing the 'right thing' and frankly I think the government have lost so much good will as a result of such things as the Cummings eye test that it will take a lot to persuade people to even down...

Re: Clubs on the brink

The problem we have is that the current rubbish situation (totally unnecessary with proper Test n Trace run by area Public Health) is clearing the decks for the looming Brexit show. In all of that, sport other than the megabucks Premier football will wither at a pro level, and I am truly worried th...

Re: Delay start of 20-21 season (again)?

The virus will never go away so from here on in it is a case of management. At some point we will have a jab which works and further improved treatments but for now we need a government which knows what it's doing .

If he had another test after the game he should have the results by now.

. Whatever, I can’t honestly see Tigers winning. It's a bit early to be writing us off :smt009 With home advantage the French have to be in the pound seats but it ain't over until......... :smt027 Could be worth betting a fiver at the bookies if the odds are attractive!! Unless of course he knows the cause of the cough (just getting over a heavy cold for example).

I don't think they are idiots and I feel sure they are making the necessary checks to ensure player safety.
