New ADDITIONAL LOGO

I am surprised that no--one has picked up on the email that was sent at 1.00 pm Tuesday "Under New Management - The New Tigers Club Shop I’m Chris Rose, I head up the club’s activities around supporters, the community and anything to do with the badge! ETC. ETC. ‘T’ Logo We have announced we wi...

Dave Denton Announces Retirement

I thought that this deserved a thread of its own, not just buried in the contracts thread.

According to today's LM https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/spor ... id-3322886 Dave Denton has retired.
Sad, but the right decision

If you think that Marler went to a public school, you, obviously haven't heard him speak! According to Wikipedia, he went to Heathfield Community College in Sussex!

Re: Ben youngs

In my opinion a lot to do with the timing and presentation of the ball by the forwards to the scrum half. Also some days a kick goes right or bounces right other days it doesn't, the margin between a great kick and a bad kick is sometimes a matter of a couple of inches or the luck of the bounce. On...

Re: Ben youngs

Nearly every one of his kicks were right where they needed to be tonight, those that were for chasing were obtainable (and were reached by chasers tonight) - I rarely see that achieved with the frequency of tonight in a Tigers shirt hence "Never so accurate". I am a Ben Youngs supporter, ...

''never so accurate''. Oh come on. How can you justify such a sweeping statement? Re: Ben youngs

One of the reasons why Lenny looks so good for England, and, to some, less so, for Tigers, may have something to do with the way England followed up his box kicks fast, and put pressure on the Irish. Jonny May was doing it the entire match, and it was causing havok with the opposition. For whatever ...

Re: Cohen, Glynn, to be sacked?

debacle deɪˈbɑːk(ə)l/ noun a sudden and ignominious failure; a fiasco. synonyms : fiasco, failure, catastrophe, disaster, disintegration, mess, wreck, ruin It is inconceivable that the board member(s) responsible for this mess can remain in position. IMHO. As fans we all need to get behind Murphy a...

Re: Cohen, Glynn, to be sacked?

As usual, a lot of uninformed rubbish is being spouted on here. First question, as a PLC, who has the power to hire and fire? It is usually delegated to the MD (or Chief Exec) by the Board Second question, is the company set up so that the MD CANNOT be sacked? Third question. If not, has the Chairma...

Looks like we are taking the tournament really seriously this year, with a good mixture of experience and youth. Looking forward to seeing them perform.

Re: Haskell leaving Wasps

I was never a fan of Lol, because he got under everybody's skin on the pitch, and Haskell learned that from him. We have been missing someone like that for years, so, if we could get him for the right price, I would welcome Haskell both as a leader, and someone who will get under the skin of the opp...
