I would have thought this game would have been an excellent opportunity to give Crane a much needed rest and play Cozza at 8 and Deacon at 6. And why is Hougard not starting? Thought it would be a perfect oppotunity to showcase his talents? Glad to see Rabeni back though. Hope he gets a good runout ...

Will Greenwood RWC 2003

Just going off kilter a little bit - can anyone help me out with a little argument I've got going with a mate? Does anyone know why Will wore the number 13 shirt in the RWC final 2003, yet spent the vast majority of the game at inside centre? My mate thinks it is something superstitious on Wills' pa...

The bumf also states:

"TWO AND THREE YEAR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ALSO HAVE THEIR HOME PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY GAME INCLUDED IN THE SEASON TICKET"

though it it not obvious how it is included, I presume it will just be a tear out voucher as usual?

Looking forward to seeing him in a Tigers shirt.

Thought he played very well at Kingston Park last season when the falcons won again. :smt013 :smt013

I suspect he's going to get quite a bit of playing time, especially if Lewis' history of injuries continues!

Surprised David Paice and Paul Hodgson aren't in the senior squad, but apart from that it's about right.

I appreciate many of you will not have seen Newby, but Crane is certainly not a shoo in for the No.8 spot.

This guy is a quality player

Agree with everything thats' been said.

I think he's doing the right thing by dropping down a league for his first head coach spot. Will only make him a better coach in the long run.
