Re: Whats with the rugby people?
Where do you want me to start? Firstly I am not anti-American but The game was originally very much like rugby. You can throw the ball forward, so you don't have to pass your opponent. You dress in crazy/stupid looking armour. A play lasts on average for less than ten seconds. The games four hours! ...

Re: BT Sport - Advice please
1.9mbps isn't fast enough to stream in HD, and that's what BT Sport is. That'll be why it's dropping out.

Re: RWC PRICES!
Owlytiger, the reason they are later kick offs is so that the whole world can watch. An 8pm kick off means a 6am time for Australia which is why a 5pm KO time for the final is early Completely understand that. But the fact is that it makes it nigh on impossible for families to go along. And given t...

Re: RWC PRICES!
Not only prices, but the timing. Take the example of the Olympics, inspiring a generation, bringing in young people, giving kids the opportunity to see the events etc. All England's pool games are at 8pm. Meaning that parents with any kids under 7 years old are going to struggle to attend matches, a...

Re: WE WON!!!
What's interesting to note is that we've now topped the table 10 times and won the championship 10 times. So it seems it even out. Gloucester have been the biggest losers of the playoff systems with no wins despite finishing top three times, and Wasps the biggest winners with six wins after topping ...

Re: TV Next Year.................BT???
Has anyone read the reviews for BT broadband? They are awful. If you fancy a free sports package but (supposedly) :censored: broadband then go ahead. For me I think the better deal will be to stay with my excellent ISP and pay £15 per month, which is a lot cheaper than I pay to Sky at the moment. C...

Some more info on subscribing on the BT website - looks like good news for BT Broadband customers: http://www.bt.com/sport/3-ways-to-watch-bt-sport.html One question - which I don't know if anyone has an answer to - will the games still be available to stream a few hours after the final whistle on ...

Re: RWC 2015 venues.. no welford road??
Given the longlist it looks like a straight choice between Leicester and Derby. It will have to be Leicester, because there's a guaranteed rugby crowd.

Re: Hipkiss to Bath confirmed
A great player and a really nice guy. Shame to see him go. His strength in the tackle is massively underrated, and he does run some amazing lines... In terms of position I think he played on the wing for England once, to cover an injury in the second half...

Re: Premiership Sponsorship
Given they already sponsor the Anglo/Welsh Cup, it's broadening their reach in rugby a bit.
Does this mean that Premiership teams will score points by playing teams from the Magners and Top 14?
