Re: Jordan Taufua signs for Lyon OU with immediate effect
Am absolutely gutted to see JT leave, when he signed I thought he was just the player we needed to lead us out of the mess we were in. Feel like we've barely seen what JT has to offer (mostly due to injuries) and for him to leave midway is just the icing on this disappointing cake. I wish him all t...

Re: Freddie Burns coming back to Tigers?
Unfortunately there are a lot of people who visit this board who don’t live in the real world. In their eyes every player we have let go I.e. Umaga, Odogwu, et al are superstars who we should have kept regardless of their attitude towards hard work and wage demands. To these people everything is bla...

Real shame that we can’t keep him but can understand from his perspective as presumably more money and better climate

Re: Paolo Odogwu
Paolo Odogwu always impressed me in the few games he played for us and thoroughly deserves his call up. As a youngster with us he produced a couple of excellent turn overs and had the strength of Manu but also had(has) a side step off each foot!Hope he gets a chance to impress at the next level. I’...

In current circumstances, can we justify having 5 front line hookers on the books? Montoya Youngs Clare Kerr Mamukashvili You'd think that, with Vanes coming through too, that at least one would have to be shifted off the books? Excited by Montoya. Try scoring machine from the rolling maul! Perhaps...

Wrapping your arms around a players legs is one thing but diving with your upper body against their knees is something entirely different.

Re: Gallagher Premiership Round 6
Unfortunately at present far too many incidents are not being either picked up or officiated correctly on match days despite there being 3 on field officials plus one watching on TV. I appreciate that the referees have a difficult job but to my mind there is far too much inconsistency. The same inf...

Re: Is this season a Farce with the cancellations
To go back to the points-by-panel system currently being applied to Covid-hit games, a team that was unable to play any Premiership games due to Covid would end up with 44 points - more than Tigers ended 2018/19 (the last proper season). It's farcical that a team can be higher in the league by not ...

Tackling a players knees is highly dangerous and potentially career ending and should be penalised with a red card

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope
Agree that sometimes Kalamafoni was the only forward who seemed to be putting the effort in. Although he made a lot of carries they were often only a metre or two as he had little or no support.
