Re: Saracens Cap Investigation / Grounds for Appeal

Lady from the Daily Snail "not at liberty to comment" on potential investigations into other clubs' activities. "It's not just about Saracens'. Just hope Loretta was right about us. She did not say “it’s not just about saracens” she actually said “ it’s not about saracens it’s about the salary cap....

Re: The World Cup Final

Cole is perfectly capable of scrummaging the life out of the opposition. England have not given him a front row and second row to make use of his power. As for Tigers we should not forget that when Ayerza was playing on the loose head things were different. Over the past couple of seasons we have s...

Barring Holmes and Veaninu, and Harrison, thats the worst backline in the Premiership by a country mile. Heaven help us.
Any side that has 4 international backs missing would be weak :smt002

Re: Where's Geordie?

I don’t get this perception of 6-7 seasons of decline. Yes we have not won the league in that time but in 5 of those seasons we were in the play-offs. Last season we were terrible and the season before we finished 5th on games won. People are championing Saints but they have won nothing and have had...

Re: Leicester vs Saracens

I thought that the introduction of Kalamafoni and Gigena/Leatagiga made a big difference and gave us a lot more go forward.

Re: Jordan Taufua

Taufua shouldn’t have been playing having had HIA the week before and earlier in the tournament. Tigers will again be missing most of their first team squad until the end of November as the England boys have to have a rest period. It could be another season of struggling to get out of the bottom po...

Only just got round to watching this, pretty dire match between the likely two relegation contenders. I'm afraid it's going to be a re-run of last season at this rate. :smt009
After one game with 10 of our best players missing you forecast a relegation battle.

Re: PRC Round 4 - Tigers vs Saints

Thought the ref was very good today but the touch judges were inept as there were several high tackles missed by the officials and at a time when Tigers were leading. Holmes was excellent and the effort by the whole squad was a huge improvement on last season. Not sure we will be good enough to bea...

The red could be debated all day, but TPN didn’t need to make the referee and AR have to make a decision.

Foolish.

Really impressed with Green and Liebenberg and also thought that Reid showed that he will probably be our 1st choice 12 when the internationals get back from World Cup :smt003

Re: England vs USA

Would have Vunipola instead of Marler, Wilson instead of Underhill and Watson instead of Daly :smt003 I think you’re underestimating how well Marler has played and his standing in the squad. A fully fit Mako with game time under his belt I agree but that isn’t the case. Curry’s emergence as an Adri...
