My concern is based on purely what we can afford or are willing to pay in wages. I know I am overly anxious about rugby finances I know but I just cannot see us putting a big deal on the table. Not sure that the Club is any more financial difficulty than other clubs. Finances are tight and clubs are always looking to cut their cloth to fit the model of the club......the overall spend has to be maintained to keep the Club operational so perhaps the additional funds were not available for st...

The comment that McKellar chose not to bring a consultant……this may have been out of his hands due to the finances of the club and the fine.

McKeller cannot win…..lose and he gets stick…..send a weakened / experimental team and lose there will be huge disappointment with the fans. Sale are in contention for a top 4 so for the integrity of the competition, Tigers should put out the strongest available side to try to win it……not experiment...
