Re: Matera hero to zero

Pablo Matera is set to be reinstated as Pumas captain after the Argentina Rugby Union (UAR) rescinded its sanction against him and two team-mates for "discriminatory and xenophobic" comments in historical social media posts. Matera, along with lock Guido Petti and hooker Santiago Socino, were suspen...

Re: Role of the TMO

The TMO has a number of screens that they view, but has one screen that is 10-15 seconds delayed transmission which allows them to look at questions raised during a passage of play, without unnecessarily stopping the game.

Re: London Irish Away

What are we? Still a team of lemmings rushing over the cliff! Horrific, banal, and guttless display Bit over the top. Display was bit good enough because we were no where near accurate enough. We just need to tighten up some aspects of our play and we start winning games like that. Still a definite...

Re: Tri Nations

I wasn't blaming the board or the club in either case John, just a real shame in both cases, Vunibaka now would be given a permit, in his case if he had, a famous family might never of become attached (& now detached) to Tigers. If I remember rightly Vunibaka was representing Fiji in the Sevens gam...

Re: Lions

Whilst he is a great player his discipline still leaves a lot to be desired. With limited play at the highest level this season there may be questions as to whether or not he will make the tour. I have never thought Itoje to be a penalty magnet and his disciplinary record is pretty good. I cant rec...

Re: Fans back in Stadiums?

Please try to stick to the topic. It is a very difficult time for many and whilst politics is part of it, criticism/supportive reveiws of political views need to be restrained...sports and politics do not mix well.
Please keep any political veiws to yourselves as this is a sporting forum.

Re: London Irish Away

With the continuing postponement of Fiji matches, when can we expect Nadolo and Kini back and ready for match action? Yes, due in straight away. Doesnt seem to be any isolation or rest time required. They have a 7/8th place match scheduled on 05th December at the moment so do not expect any interna...

We might have found resigning him easier if we had played him a bit more.
A bit difficult to play him more when he had a serious injury.

Re: London Irish Away

The Madjeski was like an ice bowl and lacked any atmosphere. Not sure how the pitch measure up at Brentford against the Madjeski.

This is a really good read and is a real positive as Tigers make the steps forward that are required. Obvious that studies have been carried out.
