Hi Leicester tigers! Really looking forward to another dance with you in Dublin this weekend. Had a great time in Leicester earlier this year and hope we can do the same with all your travelling fans! Just a note of caution for those traveling to Dublin, there is a protest march organised in the cit...

Catering isn’t great - I would suggest fuelling up before you get there 👍

Re: Welcome to Leinster fans

Very important question all, does Welford Road take card payments or do you need cash for certain things ie good food trucks etc?

If my maths is correct 17 internationals vs 19 internationals Only non internationals in the squads 12 Porter 11 Potter 5 Green 6 Liebenberg 7 Reffell 17 Whitcombe 14 O'Brian 4 Moloney 19 McCarthy 23 O'Brien That's two beastly teams That’s a brilliant analysis of the two teams in black and white, r...

Re: Tigers v Leinster (H) - Saturday 07th May 2022 - 5-30pm KO

Martin back is great news Yep.. 2 very strong squads.. Leinster side is just incredible with over 2000 caps between them they are very well established but I really like this Tigers squad.. pretty much the side we expected with the added bonus of Martin back. Impact off the bench with Whitcombe, He...

Re: Tigers v Leinster (H) - Saturday 07th May 2022 - 5-30pm KO

Taking a look at Leinster's message board, I noticed a nice guide to the game including an intro to Leicester, and warm words from Leo Cullen about his time at Tigers https://d2cx26qpfwuhvu.cloudfront.net/leinster/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/03103854/AwayGuide_LeicesterVLeinster.pdf?fbclid=IwAR2Gvh5...

Re: EPCR Quarter finals

I don’t think Leinster realise what is about to hit them. The WR factor, the suffocating defence, the kick chase. They’ll be looking to silence the crowd first 20 as per usual. I really hope that either way it doesn’t come down to a yellow card or a mistake Ah westwind you seem to forget our secret...

Re: EPCR Quarter finals

Saturday 7th May: 15h00 Munster v Toulouse (Toulouse had a hard-earned win at home to La Rochelle with, I think, no more additions to the injury list, and may just sneak a narrow win in Dublin, even against the hordes of Munster fans who'll be making the short trip east) 17h30 Tigers v Leinster (I ...

Re: Tigers v Leinster (H) - Saturday 07th May 2022 - 5-30pm KO

Great win for the tigers today dismantling Bristol, meanwhile Leinsters cubs have gone down to South Africa and gone toe to toe with South Africa’s top 2 teams and brought home 2 invaluable losing bonus points assuring our top of the table status for the knock out stages. Really feel the game at wel...

Re: Tigers v Leinster (H) - Saturday 07th May 2022 - 5-30pm KO

Hi all

Just wanted to ask advice for us travelling fans. What is the best pubs to go to prior to kick off in the Saturday and would the recommendation be to stay in Leicester after the match or go to Birmingham? And I’m hoping it’s stay in Leicester what recommendations you would all have?

Re: Super Rugby

But the not losing a man was because it was an HIA not because it was a 20 minute red card? Yeah because under the 20 minute red card technically teams return to a normal full 15 after the 20 mins are up but are not able to use the player carded. So when the hooker replacement gets HIA’d there is n...

Re: Super Rugby

I think HIA's are different, to ensure players and medics don’t ignore a possible head injury you are always able to replace a player for a HIA, it's the only injury you can replace someone for That was the whole reason for the rule coming in in the first place, that teams couldn’t abuse the non co...
