Re: Next seasons season ticket

Looking on here and on social media, as a terrace dweller it appears I have been a lucky one with a 23% increase!! I expected the worst following the email from Andrea with the list of excuses before the announcement which was good communication but followed swiftly by the poor communication of not...

Re: Next seasons season ticket

Where does it say that . Can’t see an early bird price. it is the 'Best Price' column. see the notes below the table: The Best Price window for supporters to renew or purchase their Season Ticket and save on Standard Pricing will be open from 10am on Monday, February 26 until 11.59pm on Sunday, Mar...

Re: Next seasons season ticket

My season ticket has gone up to £475 think it was either £380 or £400 last season From what I'm reading a £475 ticket is £420 if you buy before 31 March. Or am I misreading that? Where does it say that . Can’t see an early bird price. it is the 'Best Price' column. see the notes below the table: Th...

Re: Next seasons season ticket

Price where I sit (DL1) is now £820 ! Whats worse is that there is no discount for over 65s in Cat1 seats :smt009 looking at last years pricing there wasn't a 65+ price, all tickets were priced the same so no change. I think you are also quoting the standard pricing if you purchase after May 7th - ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

That's way too much churn. Losing a player like Wells to sign Bately or Clarke would be player trading for its own sake. If he's looked off it (not that I agree) coach him better to do what you need. I don't think releasing players to "make room" to select youngers ones works. Because whe...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

I also share your concerns about how are we going to spend up to the cap - I'll take Andrea's word for it as she sees the figures every day and i don't but I am yet to be convinced how we will do it. The only way I can see currently, is to not have a marquee & keep Pollard's wages inside the ca...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - Crocodile McKeller: Men at Work

New coaches, new playing style. Is this season the time for throwing the kids in, or is it time for consistency? Ilione struggled against Exeter, and reportedly against Pirates for Nottingham, so it sounds like he needs more time at Championship level. Lewis Chessum has, I believe, only been playin...

Re: Next seasons season ticket

Oaks Park I believe was a 75 k.investment plus costs for adapting it to our purposes. The timing like the entry.of our Women's team to the top level was probably not financially ideal but at the same time the opportunities had to be seized as Women's Rugby was reorganised and Oaks Park would not ha...

Re: Next seasons season ticket

I have kept my season ticket all through Covid and a house move to so far away that I rarely visit MWWR now and, if I do, it requires a hotel stay. If I can afford it, I'll keep it but.... pressure is mounting. My income will never increase now. I love the club and the experience; I'm hoping I can ...

Re: next seasons season ticket

Agree with the above - its a tough financial climate and if we want to have success on the pitch and rely on self sufficiency rather than leaning on bringing in significant outside investment to keep us afloat we must all put our hands in our pockets to shoulder the burden Interested to see what the...

Re: Alan Dickens - Tigers lack of attack coach.

Certainly I think that we have gone from something being handled well to a less than ideal situation. Vague facts and silence are only going to lead to rumour and that does not help anyone. Sometimes its best not to say anything as to do so can only encourage further questions and conjecture which ...

We've had this story on our podcast for a while now - since November - i am glad it is now public knowledge so this may now get resolved either way. For multiple reasons we were never in a position to say anything. The allegations regarding Dickens probably won't become public for legal reasons how...
