Re: Ne]

Kits have been above £35 since at least 1996. Check the old programs. I brought mine for £30 in Oakham. In 1994. Love it and it still fits. That speaks volumes for your own fitness! I too have a piece of Tigers kit that still fits me like a glove after 25 years! It's a glove. My scarf fits too. I s...

Re: New Kit

I lost interest when the price of the shirts went above £30/35. Shirts are far too expensive these days.

Looking at the weather the cricket season is over so let's start the season early!
Hahaha. .tempting. Although I think I need a bit of distance from last season to be able to draw a line under it properly. I wake up every morning hoping it was just a bad dream.
So do I. eleventh! :smt022

Re: Challeng Cup 19/20

God I shed a tear when I look at those group of teams! As in "how are the mighty fallen?", or the perceived 'lower class' of some compared to Tigers' former standing (I've not phrased that well). Well, it'll make a change from seemingly playing Ulster, Munster, Leinster, Racing & Ospreys every seas...

What do I do? Watch my favourite rugby matches :smt005 :smt005 I'm also a massive boxing fan and tend to appear at a lot of bbq and beer gardens! Sounds good, especially the beer. I spend much of the close season making paranormal investigations. Twelve days coming up in York, at the Golden Fleece ...

Nothing wrong with trying to build the atmo and get the crowd going.

But agree it needs to be done carefully.
All we need to get the atmosphere and crowd going is for our players to entertain us with good rugby. Otherwise Meh. Nope

I was given to understand (by the ticket office staff) that there won't be any preseason matches next season, especially at home, which is reflected in the reduced season ticket prices for next season.
My season ticket hasn’t been reduced.

Re: Geordie up before the beak...

When the quiet man gets angry.... Interesting to see if it was the ref or TMO? Can't say I blame him, it's one thing when we play badly but when playing well enough to win and really poor decisions impact the result. :smt017 Remember this episode as Captain? https://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/rugbyu...

Yes, lol I hope our players see this and use it as ammunition, just as long as they can prevent themselves from laughing.

A great club player. Thanks, and good luck to you. :smt023
He was one of my favourite players and I was overjoyed and felt very honoured when he gave me a pair of his boots at the end of a home play-off game, back in 2010. He was a very underrated player. Glad he hasn’t left us completely.
