Re: Tigers v Sale (A) - Friday 30th December 2022 - KO:19:45
What games have we looked like reigning champions? Quins away stands out but bar that not many if any at all. So it isn't an overreaction really imo. It's a poor defence,we've been off it in nearly every area the majority of the time and are way off last season.
What about Saints a...

It's off. See the main news page on this site. Like many others I would have preferred the game to have gone ahead but I suppose player welfare must come first.

Agreed. Let's hope he puts in a good enough performance to keep his place in the squad.

Re: Reffell still not in the Wales Squad

Has Jonah Holmes played for Wales since he was forced to leave us to stay eligible? Commentator's curse? Jonah Holmes has been named in the Wales side to face Canada on Saturday! And how many games has he played for Wales since he was forced to leave Tigers? At a guess, 0? I was only replying to yo...

Re: May 17th Fans back in Stadiums....possibly?

From what I've seen May 17th fans will be allowed back in stadiums I think Welford road will go in to the allows ¼ of capacity up to 10,000 so will be just under 6½ thousand allowed. Not wanting to put a damper on this, I think it will be a maximum of 4,000 allowed in at Welford Road. From the BBC ...

Re: Saracens Cap Investigation / Grounds for Appeal

Thanks for the update, Mark. I had been told that he was off to Sarries with Alex Lewington possibly returning to us as part of the deal. This (indirectly) from a source within Tigers. Just goes to show we should never believe rumours until they are confirmed by club!

Re: Saracens Cap Investigation / Grounds for Appeal

Assuming Sarries are relegated will Jonny May be staying, or will he be another to leave us and follow the route south-west?

This is the most likely destination in my opinion.
Given their recent track record would they be welcomed/accepted into the Guinness Pro14?

I'll be there. To paraphrase (I forget who) "I have a season ticket and I'm not afraid to use it".

Re: Preseason fixtures

I was given to understand (by the ticket office staff) that there won't be any preseason matches next season, especially at home, which is reflected in the reduced season ticket prices for next season.

Re: Season Ticket Renewals

I received an email on Saturday about my season ticket renewal. It may not have been the same as the one you received as it didn't mention renewal packs, but it did say "if you pay by Direct Debit, YOU NEED DO NOTHING!" (I also pay for my S/Tkt by direct debit). If you are unsure then I wo...

Re: Pre Game Player Video

The 18000+ figures announced after the last 2 matches have been "number of tickets sold". This includes season tickets and clearly not all ST holders have turned up, hence the empty seats.

New kits for next season

“As we look towards a new season with our ‘stronger in stripes’ message, we hope the fans are proud of this season’s iconic green, white and red jersey as well as our new look away kit, which has been influenced by the club’s famous run-out music at Welford Road.” Does this mean we can look forward ...
