Carley got a few quid on Glaws or something? Saw the odds and fancied it? Some joke officiating so far

How is Mercer not in the England squad? Miles better than Dombrandt

Really disappointing so far. We may be clunky, but we've played as many as Glaws recently.

Smith is a great pick-up imho, solid signing. I don't profess to know much about Beets, but it sounds like he has huge potential. Will hopefully be a big player for us in the future. With that in mind, I'm hoping we might still sign another quality number 8. Losing Jasper is massive, we've been at o...

Cronin was mentioned in the last round of renewals was he not?

I do agree, though. He hasn't been great for a while

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Thought England played well but made far too many mistakes. To lose on a penalty given for a no-arms tackle was pretty dumb when the team had worked so hard to gain the lead.

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

England have been their own worst enemies tonight. Two France tries from our own lineout

Good news, if true. We really do need some fresh blood and some quality, particularly in the centres. Smith is significantly better than any of our current loosies IMHO. Hope both rumours do become reality.

Or are we blaming the officials again?
Either way - no surprise.
We've been bad, the ref a even worse still. Dreadful officiating

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

I actually thought Furbank played okay. The issue for England was Lawrence in midfield having an absolute stinker and average wingers. I'm a big George Ford fan, but he wasn't great today either, in tandem with an aging Care. The 9/10 combo was very stodgy - no zip. The sooner a coach comes in and f...

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Early days for the new defensive system, but conceding 30 points to a Scotland side that barely got out of third gear, and that offered very little fluency in attack is pretty damning.

Re: 2024 Six Nations Chat

Really poor game. England have made so many errors, it's ridiculous.
