There seems to be a heavy loading of blame on the coaches, there were/are some seriously seasoned players in the Tigers squad, who seem to be free of criticism...to me there is a "wiff" of the Lofreda situation about it all. Water under the bridge now & if McKellar doesn't sat any more...

Scarlets a pretty mixed bunch, no main Wales Players selected.

So of our theoretical first XV that could take the field at Sandy Park a handful won't have played a warm up game.

Let's hope the abject performances post a "rest" last season are a thing of the past.

Be interesting to see what sort of team Scarlets bring, they have another friendly the week after against Salarycens.

Shame the best S&C coach in the world who might have had a better grasp on the best programme is no longer with England. Genuinely forgot about that...possibly the slightly format of that tour.

No Summer "Tourists" involved, beyond Chessum Snr, Youngs & Henderson with known reasons, some other notable absentees on Friday.

The players are fully professional, yet the lack of ability to pass properly is worrying (this is game wide, not a specific Tigers point), the players seem to spend more time in the gym than "playing" rugby.

Nearly all the recent threads seem to have some sort of comment re the clubs Communication Ability...

I think most of us would be more tolerant if there were obvious consequences to poor performances by the officials, or if we get proper feedback about contentious decisions, too often we get the wrong decisions despite the technology.
The officials need to remember the fans haven't paid to watch them.
