Re: Tigers Catering Feedback.

A mention for the appalling service and attitude of staff in the Captain's Bar last night (Cardiff pre season game 29 August at half time. Having nipped in to buy a couple of bottles of pop I joined one of the queues for the bar. After about 5 mins I'm next but one to the front (the service seemed ...

Re: Welford Road Development?

I guess demand has a part to play. If all of the games are fully sold out way in advance then there would be a clear need to press on with the redevelopment but other than the usual ones which were sell outs: last couple of home fixtures, the old enemy from down the A50, HC pool games, Christmas fix...

Re: Named bricks in floor infront of Cat stand main entrance

I think the problem was that the larger, legends blocks are not bricks or proper slabs but seem to be a weaker marble or some polished limestone. Our family block is indeed a big double brick and has survived well unlike Dusty Hare who snapped a corner not long after it was put in. Again not strong ...

Re: Cockers discovers no World Cup at Welford Road!

I found it through Google. Its a disgrace that Welford Road is not being used. What the heck has the City got that Tigers ground havent got ? They havent got the atmosphere for a start and they havent got one of the most impressive stands in Rugby, the Caterpillar stand. Who ever decided that Welfo...

Re: Tigers Catering Feedback.

Disappointed in the Captains bar at 1/2 time at the wasps match. Queued for almost 10mins at the rapid service pints only bar at the back only to be told they had run out of lager. Staff attempted to sort but gave up so ended up waiting for another 8 mins at the main bar. They only serve Guinness bi...

I understand tickets are still available.

Try Sarries or Bedford Club sites!

Not for me. Quite like the stripes but the bib doesn't look particularly fetching on me.
