Re: 23/24 Injury/Suspension/Absent International List
Spoke with OHC on Saturday and he said he will be available this week.

Re: Julian Montoya
Giving Kelly a leadership role, might make him concentrate more on his role - take on some responsibility, which hopefully will in turn to him stop the 'arm waving' histrionics.

SB does appear to reward players that are playing well and Freddie has been the in form flyhalf in the league, so am sure he will start

Re: Chris Ashton
That try saving tackle at least shows he still has the desire, again the yellow card at least shows he was defending right on the edge, Sir Kev will no doubt work on his timing.

Apparently Sarries are interested in any player who may or may not be available!

Re: 6 Nations 2022
EJ likes a lineout option at 6, so would imagine Itoje and Isiekwe in the 2nd row with Lawes if he passes protocols at 6 if not Chessum should get the nod, Ewels is a good club player and OK for the bench.

I can see the Boks dropping the ball just so they can scrummage their way to our 22.

Re: What do Freddie Steward and Maro Itoje have in common?
EJ hasn't picked the best FB for some time, Alex Goode is far and away a better FB than Daley, but for some reason EJ didn't want him, so wouldn't be surprised by any choices he makes, like OF at inside centre for instance!

Re: Captain for 2021/22 Season
It's Genge for me, the way he very respectfully got in the ear of the ref straight after the first scrum was what we have been missing for so long. The armband appears to keep him calm whilst retaining that aggression, when he is away with Englang we have Liebenberg who also did a good job when capt...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE VI: The Return of the Burns
I always thought the same, he has an eye for a gap and has the pace to get through it, I think it was his kicking game which let him down and as we all know that's the all important ingredient in the modern game! Trouble is I don't think he has a real wingers pace that will really frighten a defence...

Yes I agree, the better the opposition the better you perform it's the same in all sports, just rubbing shoulders with the top French and Irish sides will only benefit the younger players and everyone wants to test themselves against the best.

Re: Montpellier’s Form - Challenge Cup Final chat
Think he missed a trick not having JVP on the bench, as we have all noticed Wiggy seems to be far too slow now, just hoping his experience shows, although on recent showings I can't see it. Let's just get the old prayer mat out.

We also have Harry Simmons who I really rated until his illness struck, although it would appear Borthwick sees him more as a winger.

I think Clare has climbed above Youngs now, just depends on how fit Montoyer will be come the final.
