Think Farrell has looked OK at 12 for Sarries. Certainly a better bet than Catt who is a year older than when he was brought back for the Aussie Tour last year and looked off the pace then. Would also mean Tait wouldn't have to do as much crash ball stuff from 13 unlike during the Autumn.

Don't know about Falcons being a form team. They were ripped apart by Quins last match and have lost more players to injury since then. Like your team though I'd give Humphreys the start at 10. With our pack in top form we should get lots of chances to run in the backs and Humphreys has been doing w...

Easy one that Rizzo. The TARDIS is a time machine so Captain Jack could have 20 years of adventures with the Doctor and still be returned to Torchwood 10 minutes after he left. He can then just pick up where he left off. Aren't Temporal anomalies great :D

Peter Wheeler made the same comment in the programme yesterday. Went something like How can a ref see a forward pass at 30 yards but miss a put in a metre off straight only 2 metres from the end of his nose. Sounds fair enough to me

Spot on unohoo. Not the first time just recently that he has made good tackles. His kicking looks to be improving too. He hit a drop goal from the half way line in the warm up on Monday.

Agree about the traffic Sim. Took me nearly an hour to get out of Freemans common and up to the ring road. Wow. Which road to the ring road? It only took us 45 minutes to walk up to Regents Road, then drive to South Wigston! 55 minutes to get out of freemans common and 5 minutes to get up Saffron L...

Got to be influence of the other coaches hasn't it. John Wells is forwards coach and 5 Tigers picked for the pack. Rob Andrew ex Newcastle and Wilko and Flood picked for 10. Think Farrell is doing OK since he started playing at 12 for Sarries so probably worth his place. Robinson not in form for Sal...

Agree about the traffic Sim. Took me nearly an hour to get out of Freemans common and up to the ring road. Probably didn't help that City were losing and the footy fans were leaving early in droves but it was mental. Surely this was expected as parking around the Brazil St area is now a no go. Thoug...

[quote="Stuart A"]Overall a great performance by the forwards, the only concern I had was the inconsistent throwing in at the line by Buckland - who was the covering hooker on the bench by the way in the absence of Chuter? Can't be certain but Moreno was practicing throwing in during the w...

I think the main issue with the ref was inconsistency. Most fans will accept their side being pulled up for a forward pass or not straight at the lineout if the same is applied to the opposition. It did not always feel like this was the case during the game on Saturday. He was right with the penalty...

No contest. Tigers first England second. Love to see the white shirts winning and November 2003 was one of the highlights of my rugby life but Sitting in the Crumbie with over 16000 other fans roaring on the Tigers is brilliant. :D

Think Louis Deacon is playing better now that he is back in the second row. Never really looks comfortable playing at 6. Got to agree about the back row though. Looks balanced and are supporting runners well. Looks good for the future too with Crane, Abrahams and Croft to come in.

[quote="Nabuk"]Well I guess that was the sort of response I expected. I really do feel sad for some of you "blind devotion" IS NOT the same as being a true supporter. Not blind devotion just being practical. 3 players were carded so to select Corry as the only person in the title...

If you can't do that then you have to wonder if you are a Tigers supporter at all? whoa whoa whoa... i resent that remark.. i cannot make it next week end because I am visiting my elderly mother who lives 220 miles away... does that make me any less a fan than you? I would love to go but i also hav...

Simple answer is NO. Brett Deacon and Goode were also carded and the same
answer applies to them. An away win and 4 points is a good result. All we need now
are 2 more at Welford Rd and 1 at Thomond Park.
