Re: Wippee Friday night game! PRC fixtures

I am planning to go to the Worcester away game on 21st September but have never visited Sixways. Please can anyone give a heads up on the best area in the ground to choose and any other tips re Sixways?

Johnthe griff are the away supporters club running a coach to this match?

Thanks.

Re: Howard to mentor Murphy

Maybe I'm biased having mentored more than a few business people in my time but... A young player gets coached - everyone happy. A young coach gets mentored - people up in arms. I've mentored CEOs, MDs etc, all of whom were happy to admit they benefited from an independent guide, confidant and coun...

I just don't understand why people just don't want to give Murphy a proper chance with it.
Because if they did they would have to stop moaning on this forum. That would severely curtail the activity of certain posters and dramatically reduce the number of posts.

I live to be shouted down but I'm a Howard fan and a Murphy fan. Give 'em both a break.
You won't be shouted down by me Dai. I'm right with you on this.

John Griffiths it is. I am by temperament a solo traveller, and Mrs G has hodophobia.
Better keep her away from building sites then :smt003 . I'll get my coat.

Re: Leicester Tigers up for sale for £60 Million

Unless you know how much the likes of Bath, Bristol, Sarries, Racing etc etc sold for not sure how you can say it’s low. I would imagine that individuals with the business acumen of Peter Tom and Tom Scott would have access to people who can find these things out and then value the club accordingly...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2019/20 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD

He was 'most difficult opponent' because of his scrummaging ability, not his handling. With the utmost respect Tom, I think you need to watch this. Apart from his renowned scrummaging ability he displays some excellent handling including one outrageous "out the back door" pass, some crunching tackl...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2019/20 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD

Has Denton's retirement been confirmed?? RG has him as retired and in the squad??? I have it as rumoured out. I hope he takes as long as he needs to get right but, even quite recently, it wasn't encouraging. Fortunately from an article I read some time ago Tigers are giving him all the support and ...

Re: Boring Sarries, boring Exeter

Of course it's boring. Boring losing to them, not the way thy play. What has annoyed me about Tigers over recent seasons is the apathy and acceptance of being beaten both in the result and in individual plays like missed tackles. Spencer (W) Genge and May are the notable exceptions who look like th...

Re: Genge talks about this season

That sounds as if Genge sees Smurf in the DoR role - off the pitch = off the training ground? Genge shows increasing maturity, leadership and ownership - all to the very, very good! Does it? I don’t see it that way. I find Ellis Genge to be an interesting character. He had the maturity to move hims...
