Re: GROUNDS

Worst ground for me is Edgeley Park - half full and not easy to get to along with the Ricoh for the same reason - not much between them. Best ground is Bath followed closely by Glaws - never had an issue at Glaws even though we often go in the shed - good fun and banter. International grounds - best...

Re: Tigers vs Bath

A lot of things have to come together for any side to win and far too many tackles missed is just one, but it is one where we can do something about. What really rankles me is the things we can't do anything about. The important decisions the ref makes is always No 1 and closely followed by the rest...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 7

Wow - that is a clear out and a half - there must be quite a few signings to come in the next few days I hope. There must be quite an amount of space in the salary cap to spend and we are certainly light in terms of cover during internationals or injury. Could be some exciting days to come.

Re: All Coaches except Boris must go now..

Nothing has changed for me in the last 18 months. DOR Geordan Murphy - he has the ability to sell his vision and recruit players to the club - he has made very few if any mistakes in who has signed for him. Note what several of our next year's signings have said, just don't think he is a great coach...

Not sure if my memory is playing tricks on this ole brain of mine but I vaguely remember some chat about a return to league next season.

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 6

I believe it to be the case too as well as being outside of the salary cap. Think that is how Bristol was able to attract top players last year. Pay them a lot in the championship year and not as much in the premiership. No evidence - just what I believe

Can well believe that - he doesn't seem to heal quickly. Back to Toomua and????? as the centre combo? Don't think that we will see much of Eastmond either

Re: Tigers v Newcastle - 12th April 2019

Just a thought for those moaning about George Fords delay on the conversion - if it had happened with 1 minute to go to win the match would you have told him to hurry up? Of course they wouldn't - my only 2 thoughts were that it was the correct decision, astute captaincy - could have come back to b...

How was Toomua?
Very good all round - a lot of creativity particularly with his little kick throughs.

Can only think we are going to play them once we are mathematically safe re signings trendy. Are you playing Superbru this season,I believe both you and me were top 10 in the world last year.

Re: Tigers v Newcastle - 12th April 2019

I have been watching the game with a time lapse, I thought George Fords behaviour was awful when taking the conversation, I've always believed that Tigers played the game in the spirit of the game, maybe we have sunk to the depths of Saracens, we are what we think we are in the spirit of rugby, a s...

Wasps look as though they could be in much further trouble - FCA investigation re accounting errors and possible misleading the stock exchange as well as Coventry City leaving the Richo next year.
