Re: Thom Evans

I'm sure I speak for the entire forum and wish him a speedy recovery. He is one of the most exciting young players coming out of Scotland and it would be a tragedy if he were not be able to continue his promising career.

Saints Players Cited

I bring good news, depending on your inclinations. Mujati and Kruger have both been cited. Both could be in a fair bit of trouble. Mujati has been cited for pushing Nigel Owens in the back and Kruger has been cited for stamping. Pushing the ref seems quite serious to me but I haven't seen the incide...

Boris was born in New Zealand but is qualified to play for England (Wikipedia), its up to you whether you count him as English.

There was a very suspicious drop goal given by the TMO, looked like it missed to me. Strange match, nothing much going on until the massive fight and that seemed to come out of nothing.

I don't see what Dwain can really do to help rugby players. The fact that he has failed to make a career out American Football and Rugby League shows that he can't even do the basics of union so I can't understand why he would any use on the skills side of the game. He would be even more useless on ...

Reading through that thread that Rizzo has dealt with it and it has stopped. Rizzo has managed to get the thread back on topic and I can't really see the problem.
Well Done Rizzo,
Long live the moderators :smt023

I did see that thread and thought about making a "you can't beat the moderators comment" but thought against it.

I expect who ever started the thread was sent a polite PM explaining the situation and the thread was deleted to prevent any anti-moderator comments.

You could do an article on the effect that the Southern Hemisphere players that have moved north, post world cup, have had on the standard and development of the players and teams in the Northern Hemisphere. Also the effect it has in allowing the younger talents in the Southern Hemisphere being give...

They stand so flat because it gives the defense less time to react to a miss pass or a little pop pass. It worked quite well last season, with pop passes to Tuilagi and Rabeni or miss passes to Geordan coming in from full back at speed. It just that this season it hasn't been changed and defenses ha...

From all accounts, the ref was rubbish in the Dundee match but it is no great surprise that Neil Warnock had a go at the ref, its his trademark.

In a strange way, I wish that we had lost today. It has to some extent painted over the cracks that have formed in our performance over the current season. Maybe that is what Cockers is trying to point out but is going the wrong way about it. My view is that he should be released, he has been great ...
