Re: Tigers vs Wasps - 04th June 2022 KO 15:00

Selection at 2 & 16 for me is down to Montoya's fitness, with Dolly out, the last thing we can afford is no Montoya in the knockouts. If Montoya's fully fit start him and look to replace him early (no matter the current score). If we're happy with the gametime Clare's had then I'd go Vanes on th...

Re: Other Weekend Games - 20th to 22nd May 2022

Wasps scrum was destroyed by Sale and it won't be any better now that Stooke is out. They are a dangerous team, but it's hard to win games when your set piece is a disaster. Yet they beat us at at Ricoh, with a weaker team than they will probably have in a fortnight. Worth noting we were a pretty w...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Steve Borthwick and the Chamber of Oval Park

You’ve got to wonder if a long term injury to Dolly will change the recruitment dynamics. Equally, if it is a long term injury (sadly) then it opens up an injury dispensation opportunity, adding someone like Cooper or TCD would make a lot of sense. Hopefully for Dolly it’s not as bad as first feare...

Think Dolly's injury will mean TCD will definitely get an extension beyond this season. Well unless there's a hooker signing under the radar.

Really bad looking leg injury to Stooke, BT refusing to show the replay which I think says all you need to know about it.

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00

Thanks. I think you are right as Montoya did seem to limp off v Leinster though I wasn’t sure as I was watching from high up in the Mattioli Woods Stand. If we are to win the semi and the Final we will need him, Jasper, Reffell, Cole,Genge and Hanro to be 100% fit. First Newcastle though. Any win w...

Watson not in the a Bath squad for their final home game but in the England Camp for next Monday and Tuesday!
Given their position in the league it may be as simple as they're focusing on other players having minutes, plus he may have upset some by leaving

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00

This could be a close game. Nadalo on the wing on a fast track against fast wingers! Hope we are resting players and Potter, Youngs, Montoya aren’t injured. In the semis I feel any side missing 2-3 top players against any team at full strength will struggle. Mind you the Wasps game could be brutal ...
