Re: Final warm up line up

Anyone have any ideas on the biggest / heaviest international pack ever? This one must be close!

I fancy a polite round of apllauds, followed by a thumbs-up and a hand shake from the captain to the Haka leader with the words "nice dance - now how do you fancy a game of Rugby?

Captain Scarlet = Lewis Moody

Following the Tonga Match last week, is it time that Lewis Moody was re-christened Captain Scarlet?

Check out the Lyrics.

I think we're going to need a repeat performance this week. That and a minor miracle!

Keep the premiership as it is.
Play the Anglo-Welsh cup during International weekends.
Scrap the play-offs.
Plenty of Time in the season!

Anybody know if he has any european grandparents? (would be useful to get round the one overseas player rule - unless this too is part of the negotiations with the RFU for control of England squad players???) I'm a little worried about Ollie Smith. He has not signed a new contract yet and he did say...

Good team.

As an aside though. When was the last time Tigers started a big game (or any game) with only 6 Englishmen?

I would like to see Vesty given a bit more game time a fly half. He has always played there up until the past couple of years. I think that, now he has bulked up a little and is playing with more confidence, he could be good. He has good hand, can break the line and has improved his kicking game. Th...

Steve Booth

I noticed him in the program at the weekend photographed with sponsors. Does anyone know what he is doing at the club?

Nick Hornby's 'How to be good' is not at all blokey. In fact it's written from the perspective of a woman. I really enjoyed it.

Fair enough - if we can't have Potter I'll go for Tim Buttimore. I used to love watching him chasing kicks and putting in big hits on the catcher.

I think Adel Kardooni is from Iran. I think he went on tour to North America and played for England A. He was a very good player and could, perhaps, have played for England in more enlightened times (not sure the old farts would have taken to selecting an Iranian)

Are you sure it was 1989? Maybe I'm getting old - no I am getting old! Were they all still play then? Must have been Stuart Redfern - I think Steve had gone to League by then? Was Steve Kenny still around - I guess it must have been around the time that Adel Kardooni arrived. I must dig out some old...
