Re: Tigers vs Worcester

Kalamafoni, Taufua, Taute and White all doubts for this weekend's game. The South African centre hasn't broken a bone so he can't be out for that long. Has the Gigena issue been sorted? 1 Bateman 2 Kerr 3 Cole 4 Spencer 5 Lavanini 6 Liebenberg 7 Reffell 8 Boladau 9 van Poortvliet 10 Hardwick 11 Olo...

Re: England v Ireland

No one is doubting that France played well and have improved dramatically. But pretending that it was all down to that is not actually balanced opinion. England made plenty of unforced errors - remember Farrell knocked on twice when he was nowhere near an opposition player. That's nothing to do wit...

Re: England v Ireland

Watching England v Ireland was like watching paint dry! A win today but England aren't developing to win a World Cup with Ewels playing at No8 in my opinion! He's a big fella but he is no Duane Vermeulen! I wish Tiger's were that boring at the moment The constant carping about England (and in parti...

Excellent. There’s 4 months of moaning material before July 1st! :smt003 :smt005 :smt005 :smt005 :smt023 So true! From what I hear, they are prepared to pull all the stops out and provide a lot of things we've not had for a number of years, if at all in some cases. I also understand that the owner/...

Re: Captaincy

There seems to be a growing consensus on here, at first glance at least, that Tom Youngs shouldn't be captain now, so my question is simple, who would you have be captain? Personally I do not think it should be an England player that will be unavailable for large chunks of the season so that rules ...

No great loss, only really shows up when we win & that's before we get to his availability.

If we sign Alemanno it will be a considerable upgrade.
Have I missed something it's the first time I have seen Matias Alemanno linked with us?

Re: SARRIES FUTURE

Instead of their players, we would be far better off poaching their entire coaching team. And Wray, to boot....Now that he has learnt his lesson. A friend in SA reckons Sale could be paying extra in Rand for their African stars. Allegedly and without prejudice, of course !! I told him he was tellin...

Re: Sale vs Leicester - 21st February 2020

Both sets of supporters claiming they have a weakened team and not expecting much. Chap on the Sale forum says they bookies have them as 13 point favourites, which seems a bit excessive given the two teams are likely to be a bit dysfunctional and the crappy weather. Not saying we'll win of course. ...

Re: Sale vs Leicester - 21st February 2020

Highly unlikely that Youngs will now be available so assume TPN will start. Reid deserves a start at 10 he was very good on Saturday. Would personally start with Reffell at 7 or the remaining Curry could blow us out of the water We seemed to manage Young and Willis last week who to me are more pote...
