Re: Bars - CAT stand - V slow service before ko - AGAIN!
The Swan and Rushes, whilst having great beer and whiskies, is too packed for my liking and service is slow. This maybe because of the increased capacity at WR,folk not wanting to drink at the ground because of all the above gripes or because at least 3 pubs near the ground that have now closed in t...

Re: Running predictions for the test team
If you're picking on form then POC is a problem. He's not played well in his games and looks slow. I would far rather have Wynn Jones/Hines combo but what would you do if you didn't pick the Captain??? My test starters would be 15 Byrne 14 Bowe 13 BOD 12 Jamie Roberts 11 Monye 10 Stephen Jones 9 Phi...

I would also rate ASM above Biarritz or Stade.
I know historically Stade and BOPB have better records than ASM in the European Cup but ask any Munster fan and they will say the Clermont side are no pushover especially at home.

Re: Shirts for next Season?
Couldn't we go a bit wacky for a change and have something in the same vein as the Andy Warhol Stade shirts but in Tigers colours with stripes for the purists? Oh and please keep stocking ladies fit as well seeings we have the most female ST holders in the GP even if we are old and decrepit judging ...

Re: Caterpillar Stand
THAT winning try by Freddie Tuilagi against Gloucester in the dying moments....I sit near the AL end The pool match against Stade in 2006(?) when it looked as if all was lost until the WR crowd realised a try was on and you hear the roar gradually building up in the ground until you couldn't hear yo...

Re: Are some travelling Tigers supporters the biggest whingers?
Yep,absolutely agree with you there. We went to the Perpignan game in last December and the bloke who sat behind us never stopped moaning from the beer tickets to the Tigers players. The Earl, my hubby, reminded him he was watching a great game with some of the best players n the world in one of the...

Re: who should leave at the end of the season- players wise
If the salary cap is brought down as suggested in various newspapers, then there might be more than a few leaving at the end of this season subject to being too old, not good enough or wanting too much money. It would be great to see it as an opportunity to develop the squad and not as a negative. I ...

If you want you can go from East Mids to Carcassonne which isn't that far from Perpignan. Flights do not go daily but are quite reasonable. Alternatively, there are daily flights from Stansted to Carcassonne which are not bad either. I think the direct Perpignan flights went sky high when the fixtur...

Disappointed that USAP got comprehensively beaten but would like Clermont to beat Toulouse in the final. They've never won and are almost as bad as Gloucester with their record for falling at the final hurdle. Toulouse looked very good though. With the arrival of Michalak and Skrela next season, the...

Back to Ewen Mackenzie. I'm surprised he's signed for Stade as he is not the most goodlooking of chaps! Can you imagine him being in the Stade de Dieux calendar??? :smt003 Maybe Max is breaking the mould in which case can we have JMH at the end of his contract next season and all the other lovelies ...

I too find him irritating with his shushing. If there is any noise from the crowd when there is a kick about to take place, I find the crowd are far more effective at policing than his condescending nannying. Just glad that the PA system is so poor where I sit in the Next Stand that I can't hear him...
